The Bryant Park Hotel

With a terrific location overlooking Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, a beautiful contemporary design inside a classic architectural landmark, and spacious rooms this hotel soars on all levels. And the staff's terrific – warm, welcoming, and very accommodating; particularly so was Jo Kinsella, Guest Relations Manager.

I had an incredible stay at The Bryant Park Hotel. From the moment I walked in, Josephine at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Her warm hospitality and genuine care completely shattered the stereotype of rude New Yorkers. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. It’s now my go-to spot whenever I’m in the city—highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable New York experience.

The Bryant Park Hotel is marvelous. We were warmly greeted by Jo, who remembered us from prior stays. Comfortable bed, clean and quiet room - we slept well. Fun view of skating rink and winter festival in the park. Great location for exploring NYC. Good coffee in the lobby in the morning. We’ll be back soon.

Really nice hotel in a fantastic location. Staff is superb—particularly Jo, who goes above and beyond her duties. I love this place. And really, it would be hard to find a better location in Manhattan. Beds, linens are all top-tier. Can’t wait to return.

One of NYC’s finest! Clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable rooms in a prime location. Special thank you to Veronica, for her warm welcoming, excellent service, high professionalism - and for making the stay top-notch. I was able to check-in early with an overlooking room to the park and the beginning of the Christmas decorations! Also really enjoyed the morning coffee and delicious muffins in the lobby. I will definitely stay again next time in the city! Thank you so much.
