Get a rich taste of the Big Apple at the AAA Five-Diamond Award-winning Mandarin Oriental, New York. Its premier address, at the crossroads of Columbus Circle and 60th, marks the epitome of New York style. Behind the modern design of steel and glass is a quiet high-rise retreat where luxury knows no bounds. The guest rooms and suites fuse together contemporary elements with the traditions of the Far East. The views are unparalleled - with Central Park, the Manhattan skyline or the Hudson River gleaming with each sunrise and sunset. In keeping with Mandarin Oriental's high standard of culinary excellence, the hotel presents Asiate restaurant, located on the 35th floor and boasting an exemplary menu with a 1,300-bottle collection of wine. Lobby Lounge is more casual and ideal for small bites, while MObar takes Manhattan by storm with its 1930s vibe and sleek island bar.

The suites, views, service and hospitality are exceptional. Definitely one of the most luxurious hotels in New York. Staff is world class and very accommodating. Couldn't have spent a better weekend in any other hotel in town to relax and recharge.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They take great care of their patrons and offer the best experience possible. Absolutely unmatched in their attention to guests and in making their experience top notch. The property itself is beautiful and the amenities amazing, couples with the fantastic team, the Mandarin is the place to stay.

The view of the room that I stayed was literally fantastic. There were so many charming points of Mondarine Oriental, NewYork. - Cozy and warm bathrobe, A swimming pool with a great view and appropriate temperature water, etc.

While i like the people at this hotel, i Would advise every adult NOT to stay her if you want a refreshing swim, OR are a lap swimmer. The swim pool at the Mandarin in my view is VERY POORLY Managed. 1- the water is CLOUDY (dirty) and when you bring it to the staff's attention they do nothing but cite excuses why it is not their job or problem; 2- The swimming pool is GROSSLY hot - often 85 or even 86 degrees. Truly awful 3- there is no A/C in the pool room As such, i'd suggest the Park Hyatt or Four Seasons downtown. Their management is awesome. The pools are crystal clear and refreshing. The service is amazing.

Always love staying at the New York Mandarin Oriental! The rooms are always clean and well kept, the views are hard to beat, the staff are so friendly. I need to mention Myles who works at the front desk, he was exceptionally attentive and very kind. Thank you Myles!
