Balboa Bay Resort

The service, staff, and accommodations were 5 star. The food, wine, and Champaign were some of the best in the world. The server at A&O was informed, friendly and gave my children special care and attention regarding their meal. The room had a front lawn and access to a private beach with kayaking. I was very impressed and felt it was well worth the value.

My friend and I celebrated our annual spa weekend at this resort. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, from check in through the end of our stay. We highly recommend the spa, with extensive facilities. My friend found the steam room to be a great way to unwind, I enjoyed the serene waiting room that offered pre-treatment beverages and snacks, and we both loved our treatments. Marie, my massage therapist, was able to work out the muscle issues and made the experience a very therapeutic one. We look forward to returning!

Great staff and great food! Very clean rooms and a great pool. The harbor is very pretty and fun with a Duffy to rent. Look forward to going back again. Also did a couples masage and enjoyed the sauna and spa as well. A gym is also provided at the facility.

This is definitely one of the best resorts I have been to, I travel often and have stated many beautiful places. Balboa Bay is a little Haven in Newport Beach aesthetically. It is so beautiful. The staff at the front desk is beyond welcoming and considerate, the food at their restaurant is excellent not dimension sitting at the fire pit at night amongst these beautiful yards Eating dinner or having drinks outdoors is so beautiful, I had a wonderful experience at this resort and would recommend it very highly to everyone. They’re also very kind if you have any type of special situation going on they’re so helpful., also the coffee shop on the premises had some of the best tease coffees and croissants, and the sweetest people provided wonderful service,Bravo balboa resort!!

If I could giver 100 stars I would! this hotel is a beautiful ,amazing Haven,The rooms are so comfy. I will never go anywhere else when I’m in that area ,and I would recommend it to everyone. it is one of the loveliest places I have stayed at, and besides it beauty, elegance, and amazing food I have to say the service of the front desk staff is incomparable, the staff goes above and beyond to help, their managers are also wonderful. When I visited there this time ,I had to go to the hospital with a family member who got ill. The balboa Bay resort was so accommodating and kind to me in every possible way, they even sent someone to drop my carry-on bag to me when I was at the hospital in Irvine' so I would not have to go back to Newport to pick it up , This is the kind of amazing compassionate people that work at the establishment. I wish I could travel to Newport Beach more often just to stay at the Balboa Bay resort! BRAVO and thank you Balboa Bay !
