Fun in Newport
Great location — Walkable to the wharfs, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Minutes from the Mansions and Cliffwalk. Modern, well appointed rooms. Tasty, European style continental breakfast. Lively bar and dining. And a great staff!

Amazing stay at Forty 1 North
Had a great post thanksgiving stay at Forty 1 North with my boyfriend. The room was elegant and cozy, as is the hotel lobby and bar. We had a delicious drink at the bar and enjoyed a round of pool in the library/pool room. The location is perfect! It’s in walking distance to all the best Newport shops and restaurants, and the hotel has beautiful waterfront views. Can’t wait to stay again!

Red Cottage
Red cottage was nice however did not come with full-size refrigerator. Bed very comfortable and pull out sofa nice. Has stair case with no rail on one side and loft style bedroom. Not the safest for young children but perfect for a shoreline gate away with adults. Bathroom is located on lower level of loft and bedroom is upstairs.

The Friendliness of the staff of Jenny our Guest service to each member being Extremely efficient. We love the location and its proximity to good restaurants and all the amenities of town. We did the Cliff walks a couple of times with walking to half dozen restaurants. We love this place and would highly recommend it .

From my boss, who I booked a conference for: I could not be more impressed with my accommodations, the staff and the overall experience. I got a complementary upgrade to a bigger suite, and it was absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed my stay so much, I immediately booked another stay for me and my wife!
