The Friendliness of the staff of Jenny our Guest service to each member being Extremely efficient. We love the location and its proximity to good restaurants and all the amenities of town. We did the Cliff walks a couple of times with walking to half dozen restaurants. We love this place and would highly recommend it .

From my boss, who I booked a conference for: I could not be more impressed with my accommodations, the staff and the overall experience. I got a complementary upgrade to a bigger suite, and it was absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed my stay so much, I immediately booked another stay for me and my wife!

Great stay!
We stayed in the harbor view suite and had a nice size balcony with a great view. The staff was helpful to carry our luggage in since the elevator happened to be out of service when we arrived. We stayed with our dog and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location is also great and was in walking distance to a ton of shops which made it easy to navigate.

Regretful we chose to stay here.
My husband booked us the suite at 41°North at the end of a trip touring new England this fall. I'm writing a review to make anyone looking at staying here aware of the staff they choose to employ. During our stay a member of their housekeeping staff (who was entrusted with the service to our suite) stole a large sum of money out of my wallet that was in my luggage, in our locked room while we were out. We notified the hotels management and gave them a timeline of our schedule and when the money went missing, but as it was cash, we knew the chance of finding proof was slim. The moral of this is if you do choose to stay here, don't let the very high expense lull you into any sense of safety and security. Just knowing someone rummaged through my personal belongings was enough to make our stay regretful. In my opinion, I would highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

A Great place to stay in Newport, RI. Can’t say enough about the staff other than professional and caring… What a great hotel… Also one person in particular, Samantha, she took care of us no matter what… Outstanding service… We will be back to visit in the future, and where will we stay… 41 North for sure… Thank you Samantha for all that you did for us… Much appreciated… Rick and Diane Fourney
