Pillar and Post

We just were there for our 37th wedding anniversary and we started coming for our 10th. That’s how great this place we return again and again. We are always made to feel special for our Anniversary and that is an amazing way to start your stay. The place is decorated so beautifully for Christmas throughout the whole hotel and restaurant. It’s a wonderful place to celebrate anything. The hot springs is a bonus just remember to make a reservation when you arrive down in the spa area for the times you want. The spa is also wonderful every time we come. The outdoor heated pool is beautiful and stunning if you are lucky enough to get snow when here. We had a great time in the Pub watching the Buffalo Bills game and the staff hustled to keep the food and drinks flowing for the large crowd The Cannery Restaurant is 10/10. Our stay at Pillar and Post was excellent and we are thankful for a memorable experience. We opted for a suite and the room was fantastic! It was a great size bedroom with a large TV with a separate family room with large TV and fireplace, a welcoming foyer, and a sizeable bathroom with huge jacuzzi tub and tile shower. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our meals and cocktails at the pub onsite. The heated outdoor pool with firepits was a cool experience as it started snowing while we were enjoying it. The spa was rather booked up by the time we tried to make appointments, but the staff was great to accommodate us at their sister property, Prince of Wales. The outdoor hot spring at Pillar and Post was also a really fun experience. Every employee we met throughout our stay was incredibly friendly and good humored. There was a great texting service we used a couple times to request more soap/coffee which was super easy and they were very fast to respond. We also really appreciated the shuttle service that helped us get to and from dinner in town. There was so much to see/do during our stay. We will 100% be back again soon!

Warm and inviting. First class all the way. Room was large and inviting. Fireplace was nice. Staff was accommodating. Hot Springs was amazing. I have been staying at Pillar and Post for the last 20 years and I plan on staying there for another 20 years!

Arrived early and soon after got our spectacular room! King size bed, fireplace, and spacious shower! The room service through IVY our virtual assistant was out of this world! No request denied! Even brought a microwave to our room to heat up our nacho cheese!

Exquisite inside and out. Gorgeous hotel with charming details and thoughtful touches. It's the perfect winter getaway, as you can swim, skate and enjoy the spa. They crammed so much value into this package that we wish we had visited sooner. We appreciated the attention to tiny, thoughtful details like receiving a beautiful rose per day, Nespresso machines that make the perfect crema and the best alcohol-free drinks menu we've ever seen. We'll be back.
