Relaxing Day Off

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 10 hours ago

All of the staff are welcoming and amazing! I took a day to myself to unwind and relax. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first visit and I was not disappointed. My room had a brick fireplace and the bed was so comfortable. The resort is beautiful and built for relaxation. The spa services are unrivaled and the food at the Cannery is fantastic! Definitely check out the hot spring too!

Delightful vacation spot

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We were greeted warmly. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely gas fireplace. The meals we had were delicious. Walks around the grounds were a highlight of our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Great overall resort - but only worth it for the full experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I've stayed here around 20 times and this is one of my favourite all-time hotels. The grounds are beautiful and the service is generally excellent. However, rooms are getting a bit scruffy - particularly for the price point. It's a rustic decor, but our room on the last visit had a tinier bathroom than on a cruise ship, and the tiling was a little worse for wear. Also, they have the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever experienced at a better hotel, and were out of upgraded pillows for both nights we stayed most recently. The amenities, like the outdoor pool, landscaping and hotsprings, keep us coming back. But it's become increasingly expensive, and if it's really just a room you're after, it's certainly not worth the price for that alone.

A Niagara on the Lake gem.

Wonderful Inn. The facilities were all extraordinary and first class. The employees were so welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect for a relaxing visit to the Niagara region. Very walkable to NOTL. Have stayed here on several occasions and planning a return visit this spring. Restaurant - The Cannery is amazing and Definetly not to be missed.

Wonderful weekend

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We had a great experience. The outdoor pool was warm, the hot spring was nice, the staff at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping were wonderful. We did a spa day. Recommend taking advantage of the spa. The estheticians and massage therapists were wonderful. About a 15 min walk to Queen street or there is a shuttle from the hotel from 3pm to 11pm. Close parking lot. Beautiful garden area across the street.
