Customer service (Oalem in particular) at the front desk was top notch! Our room had heating issues and they immediately accommodated and UPGRADED us. While we waited, they let us enjoy a drink at the bar. Dinner is at the Cannery was incredible. We slept very comfortably as the beds are lovely. The spa also offers a great relaxation experience! There’s a shuttle to and from town also, which is a nice touch.

We hosted our annual Holiday party here in Dec 2024 and although we booked quite late in the year, were pleasantly surprised with getting this incredible venue. The Queenston Room where we held our event was the perfect space for our hired Murder Mystery performers. Our guests loved the space and our bar service was superb!

A very efficient checkin, a helpful and friendly receptionist. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated with an oversized Christmas tree and vases full with fresh flowers. Our room was very spacious with a welcoming fireplace, very tastefully decorated.

Good service friendly staff. Good food pleasant 🍻 bar staff. Needs to be more accessible for people with mobility issues. That's all I have to say Why do you arbitrary insist on two hundred characters?? That's annoying, surely, you must know that!!!

We have been coming to Pillar and Post for a few years now and have always enjoyed our stay. It used to be a lot less busy, which we miss, but it's good to see them getting more business. We treated ourselves to a stay around Christmas and loved everything. The room we booked smelled like marijuanna, so we asked if itd be possible to move and the staffperson at the front desk, Oalem, was more than kind to upgrade us to a better room for the trouble. We were very pleased with this level of service and it made our stay all the better. We had dinner at the Cannery restaurant, both had New York steak meals with Peach Triffle for desert. Only complaint is we asked for our steaks to be medium rare and they were more on the rare side, but still tasted delicious. We loved the outdoor gardens all lit up for Christmas and as a bonus, it snowed on the night we were there for some extra Christmas magic. We built a snowman. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back again. We highly recommend this resort any time of year.
