Absolutely extraordinary
Our stay at Queen’s landing was absolutely spectacular! The hotel is absolutely pristine starting from the way we were welcomed to every detail of our stay! Tristan (I hope I got his name right) welcomed us the moment we arrived and checked on us daily to make sure the stay was amazing! He actually asked me to step aside the moment we checked in so him and I could go through every detail of our stay to make sure everything is perfect. We dined one night at the Tiara restaurant and Rudy’s service made our experience so special. The food and the atmosphere at Tiara were amazing. The Bacchus lounge is amazing as well. Lucas took care of us and we were the last customers of the evening close to closing but he made sure we had an amazing experience. Every morning we could not wait to have breakfast back at Tiara and thanks to Arthur and his services, these were probably the most amazing, good food and incredible experience every single morning. We chose to have the wine tour through the hotel! Now this was an exceptional incredible entertaining experience ever thanks to Margaret! Her humour and her knowledge and her attention to every detail made this tour so so memorable! I don’t think we laughed that hard in a while and yet learnt so much about wines and Niagara region! I wish we could go back in a second! This stay and experience are probably the best experience I have ever had. The hotel and the decor and the feel bring you to a place of happiness, of joy that one rarely experiences! Oh, and I almost forgot about Kevin who welcomes you at the entrance with a smile and a warm conversation and just a vibe that is so kind and respectful! Thank you to everyone at Queen’s Landing for an unbelievable and unforgettable experience ever! This review comes with much much gratitude!

Teated like a queen at queen's landing hotel
Great location, great service. Room service was amazing. Bedding were so comfortable. Luxury experience . Would definitely recommend to a friend. Beautiful Hotel
Everyone was so friendly and professional! Very happy. Thank you for an amazing stay. We even had a shuttle ride to the pub and back. So impressive. The room was clean and absolutely gorgeous and decorated for Christmas! Really enjoyed our stayed.

Relaxed and Charmed!
Queen’s Landing is a luxurious Georgian style hotel that my husband and I enjoy returning to every year. The Christmas decorations are beautiful, and the hotel room is equipped with a Nespresso machine, huge King size comfortable bed, luxurious spa quality body cream and soap with even warming pot lights in the bathroom, and provides the use of fluffy white bath robes. We received a beautiful rose every night too! Truly it is a pampering and beautiful experience to stay at the hotel. We also loved the Tiara restaurant buffet breakfast included at $30pp which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel, from the service and the ambience it truly is a holiday delight.

Clean and friendly
Need to update rooms , bit dated for the money we are spending Washrooms need the most work, a stand up modern shower would work great, especially for older ppl, or ppl with disabilities Also the rugs , and curtains need some change I can say as a positive, everything was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly
