We have a lovely experience at the hotel. Specially the breakfast was great with the best view. The lady called Elina, went beyond to accommodate us and as a family we would give the experience 5/5.

The Anantara Hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location right on the Promenade in Nice. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The dining room/restaurant on the hotel’s top floor is not to be missed. The view of the Promenade and Mediterranean are epic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and service was friendly and efficient. My only downsides were that the room was a little too warm for sleeping (my stay was in November) and the thermostat was at its lowest setting. Also, there was a floor lamp in my room that wuldn’t turn off! I finally crawled under the curtain and unplugged it!

It is a nice place, but we were honestly shocked that the hotel was not able to check us in at 5 pm. We were told there were issues with housekeeping, so we had to wait. When we finally entered the room with a baby, the carpet was very dirty. I then noticed small pieces of glass or plastic on the floor - which is especially worrying, considering a baby could have been crawling. Housekeeping had to come in and clean the room while we were already there. We were only allowed into the room at 5:30 pm, despite having arrived at the hotel at 11 am. The hotel did offer us a voucher, which was a nice gesture, but the overall experience still left a very bitter aftertaste. This was one of the most expensive rooms - a junior suite with a panoramic view and terrace. Paying this amount and not being able to check in on time, followed by finding pieces of glass on the floor, is honestly quite shocking.

Very personalized service. Restaurant staff were very attentive and focused on details. Youseff remembered our choice of coffee even only after one visit to the breakfast buffet.
