Just a short distance from the Old City with its picturesque outdoor market and bustling cafes, this splendid hotel facing the beautiful Angels Bay is a quiet haven of utmost comfort, superb taste and outstanding service. The hushed, opulent ambiance of the white lobby with red velvet sofas and lush green plants is just a hint of the marvels to come in this serene little corner of paradise in Nice.

We arrived at 10:30 AM and were unable to check in until 3 PM. No one contacted us, we had to keep asking at the desk. We were told our bags would be sent up. One hour later we went down to check on them, they said they forgot, so while I was finally trying to rest after a long flight, the bags were delivered. My husband and I each asked 3 times about getting a bathrobe in the room and received various excuses. Finally the second day in the afternoon I asked a maid and she gave me one. When we checked in we were told about the pool in the basement but no one ever mentioned the rooftop pool. Discovered it the morning we were checking out. The front desk personnel were very helpful with suggesting great restaurants which we enjoyed. If and when we return to Nice, which is a beautiful city, we would stay closer to "old Nice" or the pedestrian walkway. This hotel is too pricy for the service.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Boscolo Hotel during our honeymoon! The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The mini fridge was stocked daily with water, cola, and chocolate, which was such a nice touch. Every evening, someone came by to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel truly taken care of. The hotel itself is stunningly decorated, with a luxurious and elegant feel. The rooftop bar and pool were a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It is in a perfect location for exploring the city and we will definitely be recommending !

This is a very nice hotel with a central location. The rooms are comfortable, although the bathroom setup is a bit strange. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the rooftop restaurant and bar is gorgeous. A special shout out to Mohamed who greeted us at breakfast each morning with exceptional service and a warm and welcoming smile!

This hotel was chosen by the cruise company for our stay prior to embarkation. If that had not been the case, we would have moved out right away. In this pretentious five-star hotel, there are no doors that separate the bedroom from the bathroom. When one person gets up early and wants to take a shower, he/she has no choice but to turn on the lights in the bathroom and thereby, wake up the other person. When we asked for another room, we were told that they are all the same. We have had better accommodations in two-star hotels in developing countries. The service at this hotel is adequate but rigid and unhelpful. Maintenance leaves much to be desired, including functioning locks on the toilet doors in the lobby area and air conditioning controls. The only desirable features in this hotel are its central location and its abundant breakfast buffet.

Service I had a terrible experience with Priceline while booking a hotel stay. A minor change in our reservation dates ended up costing us a staggering $3800 plus a hefty penalty. Despite Priceline's partnership with the Boscolo Hotel in Nice, they showed zero flexibility. The inflexibility and customer service for returning customers at Boscolo Hotel are astounding. After spending countless hours on the phone trying to explain that we weren’t canceling our reservation but simply shifting the dates to stay for more days at the hotel, Priceline insisted on a penalty fee for changing dates with no guarantee of reimbursement from the hotel. We were essentially forced to pay an extra $3800 plus a $275 penalty, with no assurance of getting any money back. Given that Priceline and the Boscolo Hotel have a business relationship, one would expect a bit of leniency or at least some reasonable options. Instead, we were met with rigid policies and unhelpful customer service. This is not a way to encourage future bookings with this hotel or through Priceline. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I strongly advise against using Priceline, especially if you’re considering booking at the Boscolo Hotel in Nice
