We know how important atmosphere and comfort are when traveling. And we’ve made it our mission: 112 luxurious, refined rooms, a spa center with heated indoor and outdoor pools, as well as three restaurants, a rooftop with solarium and pool, and meeting rooms. Every space is meticulously designed. All in true Boscolo style. The Boscolo Hotel, prestigiously awarded the UNESCO World Heritage label, stands out with its magnificent classified Belle Epoque facade, an architectural masterpiece that embodies timeless elegance and cultural heritage. Choose from Mediterranean cuisine on the rooftop, gourmet at Angelo’s and international at Genesi’s. Our star products: Italian truffles, oil, grappas and ice creams selected directly by the Boscolo family. Start the day with our breakfast, which ends at 12:00 pm on the Genesi terrace, and continue with culinary tastings in our two restaurants, Angelo and Bclub.

We were shown to our room after upgrading and were horrified to be put in a rabbit hutch!! We were moved but charged nearly €300 to be moved to a slightly better room which we heard is the normal thing to try and upsell rooms. I was with my elderly mother and horrified to see the shower cubicle and washroom were in the middle of the room, (see attached picture) my mother has seen me from birth but I havent seen her naked, neither do I want to !!. This hotel rates itself as 5 *** but I think a 3 *** would be more truthful. Front entrance looks wow but thats where it finished. If you look at the room pictures you will see they nearly all look the same...until you get put in one. Beware.

Booked a package with Jet2 total cost of £1645 with additional £216 room upgrade to a Deluxe superior room. On arrival we were put in the smallest room ever, if this was a Deluxe superior I would not want to stay in a basic room. We complained and were moved to a better room but made to pay €69 per night so for 4 nights our room cost £325 per night for what is certainly no more than a 3 star hotel. As other reviews state there is no door to shower area and wash area so if your looking for any form of privacy this hotel is not for you. Would I return? Not a chance.

Visited here for a few days, the location is ideal and within a close walk away to the main centre. The staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately the room let down the experience. We paid additional to upgrade the room. Room was very tired with the shower not working, mould in bathroom. The spa was also below average and not very clean. Simple things wrong like hand rail falling off swimming pool! Wouldn’t recommend!

In my opinion, this is not a five-star hotel; it falls below a four-star standard. I was particularly disappointed with the customer service at Tribal. It was clear that guest experience was not a priority. Holidays are rare and special moments—something many of us experience only once in a blue moon. Unfortunately, the service provided lacked warmth, attentiveness, and basic hospitality. While the cleanliness of the property was acceptable, that alone does not define a five-star experience. I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism, and sadly, that expectation was not met.

I went with my husband on our annual pilgrimage to Nice 😊. The hotel is perfectly situated - seconds away from the exit to the tram line that services the airport (Line 2 to Jean Medecin). Also, it is minutes away from a restaurant quarter, and places of interest. Our welcome on our arrival was so lovely that we immediately felt comfortable. Every single member of staff that we interacted with did the hotel proud. Nothing was too much, no question stupid, and it was clear that our comfort was their prime concern. Their on-site restaurant, Angelo, was good, albeit a tad cold. The food was delicious, but the portions were on the small side. Notwithstanding this, we’d eat there again. Our room was simply lovely, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough. The complimentary drinks in the room fridge was also a nice touch. The only thing we found odd was that the toilet and shower were open to the room with gauze curtains positioned to give privacy, I guess. Privacy wasn’t an issue however, and as soon as I saw the set up, I got my husband to agree to step out of the room for his regular farts - I simply hope the noise didn’t scare people in other rooms (when he stepped out into the corridor) or passer-bys (when he stepped onto the balcony)! 😏 Nevertheless, we plan to return to this hotel next year.
