Hilton Anaheim

I accompanied my husband trip to his conference. It’s been a nightmare so far for over 24 hours. NO WATER this afternoon, thermostat not working & door won’t lock. ( we stayed here last year & had no problems) It’s very cold or nothing at all/hot in room. Front desk won’t help . She offered $100 credit, however, that is not enough for the first day being a total waste. ( today) The only positive thing about this hotel are the bartenders at the bar. They are wonderful! Don’t know if I can stay here for five more days.

Stephan with HGC was great! He informed, didn’t push and made it all very easy for me. It was an easy process and looking forward to our vacation. Thank you for the opportunity to learn about HGC and get some Hilton points. The flexibility to book and change the destination is a plus too!

I am very mad and completely disappointed-. I paid for four nights two rooms for my whole family to have an experience in Disney and this is the worst Hilton I ever been. Please do not visit them. The quality of our room is the worst I have ever been, floor number five has humidity very damaged doors and at the fourth floor there is a remodel so we have noises since 8 AM.

The hotel is under construction. Jack hamming all day no sound walls up! Broken jacuzzi. Graffiti carved into all elevators.. way over priced . You can’t enjoy the restaurant or lobby without your ears ringing . I feel bad for the staff . They are going to go deaf. Definitely would of stayed somewhere else

Arya is a very knowledgeable sales person who offers great vacation options. I'd met him in the morning while on my way to the expo and returned that afternoon to look for him to learn more. He's stellar at his job because he's well versed about the offerings. There was no pressure in his pitch which was lovely too. Joe in the bell hop department also helped me too. Please keep hiring excellent staff like them!
