InterContinental Hotels brings a new luxury lifestyle experience in Buckhead, Atlanta's most affluent neighborhood, with new spacious Executive Rooms, a redesigned Grand Lobby and Windsor Garden reminiscent of a classic manor home, re-imagined Gala Ballroom space, a fully staffed Club InterContinental Lounge, a new dining venue, The Americano, helmed by celebrity chef Scott Conant, and understated, excellent service. The hotel’s stunning and sophisticated design sets an idyllic scene from the moment travelers step foot into the lobby. The newly redesigned Great Hall features iconic rose marble floors, dazzling light fixtures, and natural light from the private Windsor Garden. Large-scale abstract paintings by local mixed-media artist Niki Zarrabi adorn the walls and are a focal point of the space.

Nice room ... all staff super accommodating... love the Saturday yoga. Jazmin made the checking in process smooth and was very welcoming. Overall an amazing stay and we had quite an amazing experience... IHG member and will continue to come back

Hotel is always top notch with service. The last visit however the toilet in my room had not been cleaned as there were remains left behind... housekeeping needs to improve. Beyond that the overall appearance of the hotel is remarkable; from the holiday decor, scent and welcome upon entry. I stay here frequently and recommend that you mitigate. My prior visit in October had a different housekeeping issue.

DJ at the front desk was so sweet, and efficient! He wished me a happy birthday and offered me a hotel mini bar credit for Champaign! The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was such a great experience. Loved my stay so much.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff hospitality was amazing. My room was clean and had a very nice soaking tub. I also loved the courtyard in back and the fact that the hotel is pet friendly. Lastly, there were also modern amenities such as the ability to cast to the T.V. I will stay here whenever I go to Atlanta.

I am a frequent traveler around the United States and Europe. This is by far one of the most expensive hotels i stayed in and the absolute worst. For the first two nights i had no hot water in my room. I called for the engineers 3 times in reference to the situation and they only came twice. After coming to the conclusion to leave i was finally offered another room which was a downgrade from my king size bed to two queen size beds. However accepting the two queen size beds was the only way to get a hot shower. Highly disappointed especially considering this was my birthday trip and hotel of choice. The room service food was also cold and the food wasn’t cooked all the way. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.
