Loved this hotel
Beautiful hotel, elegant and in great location. The staff was absolutely excellent, friendly and professional made me feel welcome. My room was spacious, impeccably furnished with taste and quality fit for a 5 star and cozy. Bathroom also spacious and toiletries by Byredo were a nice touch. The hotel is mint everything looks well kept.

Beyond 5 stars!
What an absolute fabulous time! Kevan was the best! He helped me with my reservations and me having to change it. He bent over backwards to take care of me. Not enough stars to give him a rating with! I had made the mistake of using Trip advisor to book this reservation and didn't take out the "trip insurance" on it and wasn't able to adjust the dates or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances that arose. Kevan was able to adjust the dates for me despite the absolute refusal by Trip advisor to do so. I will never use another "3rd party" to book any reservations thru. The staff at the Intercontinental were extremely helpful & super friendly. Plus 1st rate accommodations to boot! And the food was impeccable.

Fancy hotel with down to earth service.
An extremely well-appointed hotel that takes itself and its guests’ comfort seriously. I was here for a conference and the room I stayed in was amazing. It was a standard double queen beds room but it was large and spacious. The catered food was great. (Also check out my review of the Americano). The bathtub was heavenly. My roommate and I ran into a situation with the shower (separate from the bathtub) and I’ve never seen a hotel bend that far back over backwards to make things right. Kevan, I cannot thank you enough.

Teddy was awesome! I needed a very early morning ride and he offered to take me despite the odd hours. He was great to chat with and shared some local insights. I travel often for work and the hospitality isn’t always great. This trip was wonderful. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.
