Superb hotel with really excellent staff

This is the second time I.gave stayed at this wonderful hotel From checkin which was handled so very well by April. What a credit to the hotel. All the staff on th e front desk as are the Concierge are true professionals I was fortunate to have access to the Club lounge. Again a really professional group of people its impossible to single anyone out they all went above and beyond. Thank you all. I had such a great time. I look forward to returning at the first opportunity.

Poor service

Inconsistent room maid service. Robe was removed after first night, bar tools removed and not replaced. Charged for onsite parking one night of seven night stay on checkout bill and front desk was arguing during the disputed charge. After mentioning that funny how only one night in seven night stay was charged and showing airline ticket she still was not removing charge. Finally agreed to submit but didn’t produce credit instantly.

DJ at the Front Desk was an absolute treasure. I was having some issues at the hotel and he went over and beyond to help me and get everything rectified. He made my stay much better. By ensuring I was accommodated and happy. He provided so much guidance and assistance when I felt that I was not getting everything I was supposed to get with the booking of the room

Don’t bother with the IHG app.

Everything was ok. It really bothers me when I go to the time and effort to sign up for your app and loyalty program, provide my IHG number at check in, the stay never populates in my app, and I never receive credit for my nights or points. Other loyalty programs (e.g. Bonvoy) are quick to provide me with points and nights stayed.
