At Trump International Beach Resort Miami, it is believed the best memories are made at the beach. Great place in Sunny Isle
We have been coming to the Trump International Sunny Isle for over 20 years, several times a year as a couple and with our entire family. We love everything about it! Phil and Joe our beach guys have been with us since the beginning. They are so accommodating and sweet. They are like family now! The maid service keeps our room spotless. The front desk staff always goes above and beyond including the concierge. The restaurant and bar staff recognize us from stay to stay and sometimes even remembers our orders! Even the valet and bell hops are incredible. I highly recommend it here! We always feel like family and that we belong. Oh and did I mention the sunrises…they never disappoint!

Wonderful experience
Family oriented hotel. Went with the kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing! We enjoyed the food and the hotel amenities. Rooms were neatly appointed and spacious. Restaurant service and food were great. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Family vacation
We used to love this place, but never again. Dirty rooms, rude workers.toiket clogged and we were given a plunger to unclog ourselves. Hair in the shower from precious guests when we checked in. Will no longer stay here. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!!!

Trip from hell
We were not happy with the hotel overall. You could tell it was definitely understaffed. We did not receive room service for the first four days. No towels in the room soap, etc. had to go to the front desk to ask them to remove our trash and give us towels and toiletries. One elevator was broken for the duration of the stay, and waited forever to get up and down to go to your room No towels at the pool day one and in the workout facility two treadmills were broken Service at the lower outside grill took forever. The beach facilities were fantastic as well as the beach Overall, I would not return to this hotel it was not a five star experience. Family was disappointed 😔

Old hotel with no concern for guests satisfaction
Despite our daily requests to the manager, the room was not cleaned. As a result, housekeeping would arrive early in the evening, leaving us with insufficient towels and other essentials for getting ready after our beach trips. Pool was infested with bugs, and could only go to beach

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
