Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta

Amazing! The service was great and the staff was amazing! Each selection of meat was delightful and perfectly cooked. I am eager for my next visit at Ipanema. The hospitality of the staff was unmatched. The red house wine perfectly complements the meat, while the fresh sides elevate an already amazing meal.

The service and staff at PV Hard Rock was exceptional! A special shout out to Trip advisor Ramon, who went above and beyond to secure us airport transportation when it was past the time we were supposed to register. Also, Sylvia of guest relations was very pleasant and helpful. One more praise for our housekeeper, Anna. She spotlessly cleaned and organized our room every day and was also very creative with the adorable towel animals she left daily at the foot of our bed. What’s more, she’s greeted us with a huge smile every time our paths crossed. We enjoyed a very pleasant vacation.

The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The food at the buffet and the a-la-carte's were very good, and I don't mean for an all inclusive. It was just plain good. On some occasions it was terrific. Our room was nice but there was a few small complaints (nothing to ruin a 5-star review though). Firstly, for a hotel this nice I was surprised that we had to book two double beds as I'd expect 2 queens at this price point. Also we found a live roach in our room on day but again, not the hotel's fault and this is Mexico after all. It's impossible to keep all the bugs out. That's about it for the negatives. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the jetted tub in the room. The pools were nice with comfortable temperatures but I've never been in a pool with so many under water hazards to run into. I lost count of how many times I ran into elevated areas of the pool that were hard to see without learning where they were so you'd avoid them the 2nd time around. The resort itself is large but not big enough that anything is a really long walk. Big thanks to two people who went above and beyond on this trip. First would be Charly (Guardavida) who looked after both my son and myself when we injured out feet in the pool (see above about hitting things in the pool). Second would be Cortez who looked after us with amazing and friendly service at The Market Buffet. The dude is a class act and we asked for him every day. We had great service from everyone else at all the other restaurants as well. Alma at the pool towel booth was also super nice! Thanks for a great week Hard Rock Vallarta. We would definitely consider staying here again.

If you ever visit HardRock in Nuevo Vallarta you MUST visit Zen!! Jazmin and Ramon went above and beyond to make my anniversary a special one. Captain Alondro along with the chefs Israel and Victor did an amazing job. Our food was excellent and I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. They cater to allergies and preferences so everyone will enjoy what they have to offer. I am very happy with my experience and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

We had an unforgettable dining experience at Zen! Jazmin was an incredible server, ensuring we got the very best from the menu. Ramón brought so much personality to our evening—what a character! Captain Alondro did a fantastic job overseeing everything, and I have to reiterate just how amazing the menu was. A big thank you to Chef Israel and Sushi Chef Armando for creating a meal that turned our holiday into a truly special memory!
