Coastal delicacies from around the archipelago are on offer at Koral, Bali's first aquarium restaurant, while Japanese flavours are showcased at Izakaya by OKU, an outpost of the award-winning OKU restaurant at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. A sensational dim sum and hotpot experience is offered at signature Chinese restaurant Bai Yun. I was Excellence experience to stay in Kempinski Apurva Bali. The staff very friendly, especially Yoga and Santi. They gave us Super Service during Breakfast in Pala Restaurant. And we had also a bit problem with the our Neighbour, but the Staff could solve the problem quickly. Kempinski still one of the best Hotel for me.

Amazing trip to bali
Was booked for the villa for five days mid April, got there in the afternoon and our first stop was at the villa lounge for tea time, that’s where we met rista and Amar. They checked us in and we started ordering, they’re service was of very high quality and they helped us with anything we needed for the whole trip they were amazing to us and we hadn’t missed any of the villa lounge breakfasts or tea times because of this, I would like to say thanks to all the servers and employees there and especially to Amar and Rosita

Amar the manager is amazing
We had such an amazing time here. Amar with his hospitality was amazing. He welcomed us, treated us like family. His staff Al Di was so good to us. The food here again was to die for. When you come here make sure you ask for Amar he’s amazing! I need to come back!!!

Nice for a few days but do your research
I stayed here for a few days; what a pool, what a view, what a breakfast selection. Staff were very kind as usual in Bali. Lovely beach beside the hotel. Housekeeping was top notch. Nice for a few days. I did find that concierge were not very helpful 1. in providing suggestions for activities in the area. I would hope that guests would venture out and explore Bali and not just stay in the resort. 2. I also needed a bit of troubleshooting in terms of charging my devices and also asked for a suggestion for a phone shop and no suggestions offered. I was also particularly disheartened to read a previous review after my stay; that stated that some Nusa Dua resorts displaced the habitats of the local monkeys in the area. I would love to see a mission statement from the hotel which directly refers to its sustainability in relation to the wildlife and what is being done for the monkeys.

Best Service
It was a very good experience. Not only was the facility wonderful, but the concierge, Mr. Restu, was very kind and helped me with any problems I had with my next trip. I can't thank him enough. I would definitely like to stay here again if I come to Bali again.
