The Mulia

Very strongly recommend the Mulia. We stayed in the suites (Mulia) and the room was large and comfortable. Loved the food and the staff could not do enough to make our stay exceed our expectations. We used the gym daily and were on the beach and in the remarkable number of pools. Really recommend the afternoon tea.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at The Mulia, and each time we promise ourselves we’ll be back. The service is exceptional—from the way the staff went out of their way to understand and accommodate my dietary requirements, to the butler and housekeeping staff ensuring we had extra towels, bags, and water. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The resort itself is breathtaking, with its stunning beachfront views, immaculate pools, and serene atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. We had a late evening flight, and the team was generous enough to allow us to stay by the pool and get ready for our flight comfortably and effortlessly. The food is fabulous, and the staff are simply lovely, generous, and always willing to go the extra mile. They truly make you feel special.

We read the reviews for the Mulia and thought some were a bit over the top in their praise. We were wrong. Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed in our travels. There was not one thing to be improved. The suite (an Earle Suite) was fabulous. The pool and the beach were great. The food was excellent and the service and friendliness of all the staff was truly outstanding. A special mention to Wijaya who went above and beyond. We have already booked again for August 2025. The staff and accommodation was excellent, although, sometimes I felt staff were too busy to serve you and forgot to come back to us with requests and we had to chase them up, Rooms in Suites were excellent, clean and ample space. Weather was horrible, so was not able to enjoy all the facilities and the NYE Show was fantastic, although quite expensive for what it was, missed the Fireworks because we were in the Grand Ballroom for NYE Show, and we had the drinks package for the NYE Show, but only had one drink per person as the staff were not coming around often or not coming back with drinks order, disappointing especially for what we paid. I believe if you are staying at the property on NYE the Show tickets should be included in the price
