The Mulia

Very nice motel, check in staff very friendly, the staff that cleans the room were fantastic. Breakfast as beautiful in the Lounge. We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant which was very nice. We stayed in a Grandeur room, faced the west but that was not a problem. The pool area was great place to relax.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, perfect for families with kids. We stayed here for 3 nights. My eleven year old really enjoyed the beach, we spent a lot of time swimming in the warm waters of Indian Ocean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. It was a lovely ending to our trip in Bali.

We stayed 8 days at one of The Mulia suites and our experience has been amazing, 10/10. Could not fault the resort in any way. Suite was spacious, cleaned multiple times a day by the amazing cleaning staff. Breakfast at The Lounge or The Cafe was out of this world, as well as dinner at any of the restaurants. We had afternoon tea with cocktails included, which was spectacular. Lots of fun for the kids: kids club best we’ve seen, splash pool and other pools, organised activities and big jumping pillow on the beach. But by far the best part was the service. Everyone was so friendly. We felt so well taken care off and all staff were so lovely with our kids. The butlers, including Agus, Ika, Yudi and the rest of the team, were incredible. They really went above and beyond. Same for the waiters; thanks so much Wastika, Apriani and all the others 🙏 We can’t wait to go back.

I would like to recommend Mulia Hotel with the word very satisfying. I came back for the 2nd time and it's still the same. All are so friendly and helpful especially for our children. The swimming pool is the best for us. Our children are very happy to be in the kids pool all day long. Then my children play on the beach and towels are always available. Don't forget we were greeted by one of the staff on the beach, he is Roso. He was so enthusiastic in giving us complete information about Mulia Hotel. Of course I really appreciate it. Afternoon tea with many variations made us very amazed and enjoyed it. The cleanliness of all such as the rooms, restaurants and toilet areas is very fantastic. We are satisfied with the service of Mulia Hotel and of course we will come back again.

We had the most incredible stay in Nusa Dua, Bali. My husband and I have been to many hotels around the world - but what stands out about The Mulia was the exceptional service and attentive staff. They are truly world class people who go of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special thankyou to our butlers, Agus & Ketut who were so kind and helpful. We stayed in one of the suites @ The Mulia. It was a HUGE room with balcony, undercover jacuzzi and beautiful beach views. Room was clean and well ventilated.furniture a little dated but part of the vibe. bathrobes super comfy. Food at the Mulia is 10/10!! Hands down one of the best buffets and definitely the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Amenities and facilities are amazing, the oasis pool is beautiful. Only downside: the gym could’ve been bigger as it gets quite busy during peak times,
