The location of the hotel is great - close to Luxemburg Garden and Montparnasse station. The room was small, expected in a city like Paris, but clean. The only issue I found was that you had to carry your luggage to the first floor and only there the elevator was available. I'd still recommend the hotel for your stay in Paris.

I really cannot fault this place. Great location super close to Gare Montparnasse, loads of nice cafes close by. Room was decent, I had a "single" but it actually had a double bed in and by Paris standards the room wasn't so tiny. Room and en suite were both attractive and well maintained/presented. What really makes this place though is the staff. I had emailed in advance to ask if I could drop my bags off early as I was doing the overnight Paris Olympic Mass Participation Marathon and had to check out of my other hotel at 11am. When I got there, they already had my room ready instead of just letting me drop my bags off, which meant I got a very handy pre marathon nap instead! The staff are so kind. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Lovely little hotel -- very conveniently located by multiple metro stops, restaurants and a monoprix. The rooms were quite small, but comfortable. The bathroom shower was looking a little worn, but functioned well. The A/C worked well but we couldn't figure out how to keep it on all night, so we would wake up hot and have to restart it. There are stairs to the first floor, but an elevator thereafter. The breakfast was delicious, but not included in our price (we were there during the olympics) so we only did it one morning. The people at the desk were so friendly and helpful, even using their own phones to make me a reservation at a restaurant. It's not luxurious and relatively basic, but fulfilled our needs during our trip admirably. They don't include shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own (or buy at the monoprix, which is what we did).

Hotel du Parc is a gem! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the location is convenient with several metro line stops nearby. Steps away are wonderful cafes, creperies, and a Monoprix store. The rooms are small compared to U.S. standards, but for the price we were able to book single rooms for each friend on our trip (great to have privacy and quiet when getting getting over jet lag). The AC worked well. The bathrooms are snug and come with hand and body soap only. You could pick up shampoo/conditioner at the Monoprix or pharmacy. There is a small safe in the room, no fridge. Be prepared to climb stairs. The staff are very friendly. Booking online was easy. We will definitely return!

I loved this small hotel! The hotel staff was amazing. They were helpful, courteous, and kind. Our room was very small but perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and neat. They have an elevator. They also served breakfast, but we did not eat there. The room had air conditioning, which was a life saver. It was in the 90s the 2½ weeks we were there. The location was beyond amazing. It is in a bustling dynamic neighborhood. A tiny park outside the door. Restaurants of all kinds, laundromats, grocery stores, shops. And a wonderful outdoor market every Wed and Sat. Two Metro stations, one quite close and another just a quick walk away. I could go on and on.
