Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel

Great. Staff was wonderful including our Valet, Sam. Service was great. Beautiful facilities with historic yet modern vibe. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of things to do nearby. Food and drinks in house were excellent. We will be staying there again for sure.

The whole experience was great! I would stay there again! Valet was amazing, they were very polite, and did awesome with my car! The rest of the staff was great and very upstanding. The staff was very helpful if we needed questions answered. I would give them a 10!

Cute hotel, but that was about it. Self parking is none existent , so be prepared to pay $35 to valet. Front desk staff was nice, nothing above and beyond, but nothing wrong. Hotel has some peeling wallpaper. Had a couple drinks in the downstairs bar. Ordered one from the cocktail menu that was not very good at all. For second drink, asked for a margarita. Way too much lime/didn't seem to know how to make a margarita. Server was fine, a little fake bubbly, but fine. We had to clarify if they ran our CC though or not so that we didn't end up paying twice. Server said she didn't know, but when pressed a little bit said that yes, it had been authorized to the CC. That was fine, we just wanted to know if we needed to still pay for it or not. Made me feel a little like she wanted us to leave cash to pay and pocket the total bill of cash since the bill had been closed out to the CC already. It was an easy question that we got a lot of run around on. Had one drink at the upstairs bar/restaurant. Again, just okay. Bartender didn't seem too interested in my friend and I. Room/bed was comfortable, no issues there expect some peeling wallpaper in spots. Overall, the stay was fine. It didn't impress me enough for a return visit based on the price point vs what was delivered. It's a very bougie-ish hotel in Omaha, NE, so if you're looking for overpriced-trendy in the Midwest, this may well be your spot.

Will provided exceptional valet service—fast, courteous, and professional. He made arrival seamless and departure effortless. Highly recommend for his outstanding hospitality! The rest of the staff was also very professional and friendly.

Mena and Will were great. We really appreciated their attitude and service. They were great people to represent the hotel. The entire hotel is immaculate. It’s truly amazing on the vibe and experience they create. Highly recommend the chophouse to eat!
