Very dirty
I stayed one night for a business purpose. Overall ambience was good. However, my room was very dirty. The room needed deep cleaning and vent cleaning. After just one night stay, i was sneezing a lot and realized that vents were so dirty (see images).

Valets
Sam and Angel were great valets! They went out of their way to assist us and made our arrival experience great! They helped us with our bags and multiple trips to our car. The entire staff and experience was amazing. We'll be back in the summer to use the pool!

The best!
We are fairly obsessed with the Kimpton Cottonwood. Girls trip: heck yeah, date trip: so great, solo: chance to relax, yep! The Kimpton never disappoints. The staff is so great! We have eaten at their restaurants which are all delicious. The pool vibe is unmatched. This is the spot we book any chance we get!

Family stay
The valet team was amazing—they made us feel like VIPs from the moment we pulled up. The kids loved the rooftop pool, and we all enjoyed exploring the hotel’s fun spaces. The staff were super nice and always happy to help. Thanks Sam! If you’re traveling with kids, this is the perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Kimpton Staycation
I recently stayed at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha, and it was nothing short of amazing! The historic charm of the building combined with modern, luxurious amenities made it a unique experience. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and thoughtful details throughout. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. Valet Sam was great! We especially loved the cozy vibe of the Cottonwood Room. I highly recommend the Kimpton Cottonwood for anyone visiting Omaha. It’s a true gem!
