Second time at Sun Gardens and it was just as good as we remembered, if not better. Every little detail was perfect - the turn down chocolates and water, the lovely bath robes, the stunning views and sheer selection of pools, restaurants and facilities. The pizza at La Pasta is some of the best I have ever tasted and we had the best day just lounging by the pool and feeling completely relaxed. The grounds are so lovely and you really can switch off from it all. Breakfast was fab and I can’t understand why anyone would say otherwise. Roll on our next visit in 2025.

This is one of the most pleasant hotels I've been to. Everything is at a very high level and the service is impeccable. I was most impressed by the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of all areas. I would only like if the hotel offered half board. I often travel on business and I will definitely go to this hotel from now on and I will bring my family as well.

The grounds, facilities and views are spectacular. The hotel is not on the same level and neither is the service unfortunately, hence the 4 star rating. Breakfast is cold unless you have omelet or pancakes/waffles cooked fresh. Not as a wide range of breakfast options as some 4 star hotels I've been to. As others have already mentioned, drinks and food are extremely expensive on site, trying to justify the 5 star hotel rating. You can go into Zaton 1.5 km down the road and everything is half price and better food. Hotel has the wrong business model, missed opportunity to keep people on site with reasonable prices!! The service lacks the finer touches to be a 5 star, no welcome drink on arrival poor breakfast, no water stations around the grounds, house service not topping up tea and coffee, not cleaning rooms to a 5 star standard, etc. Very disappointed with the lack of 5 star, but still had a great holiday.

Comfortable bed and lovely pillow, which I was very happy about. In the bathroom I think it woul be better to have the shower controls somewhere else rather than directly under the showerhead. It is not pleasant to have cold water pouring over you while you are trying to turn the shower on. In general we were happy with our accommodation and the fact that it was very quiet. Everything high quality and well equipped. Restaurants served excellent food though expensive and little nearby competition.

Lovely hotel with outstanding service. We went as a couple for a week in September to celebrate our wedding Anniversary and we were very impressed with the facilities and service at this hotel. We upgraded to a club room & the breakfast on the roof terrace was a definite highlight of our stay. The ladies serving on the terrace are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. One day we had storms and breakfast just for club rooms was moved to floor 0 with the same menu & service plus the option to use the buffet which was a bonus as we were expecting to have to use the normal hotel breakfast. The hotel presented us with gifts of chocolate, wine & canapés for our anniversary. The room was lovely and bright with a stunning view of the hotel grounds, sea and islands. We ate a few times at the hotel and food was excellent but maybe a little pricier than we are used too. The club lounge has a great selection of wines, beer, spirits & soft drinks and afternoon tea between 5-6pm. We used a mixture of hotel transport, local buses & Ubers to get to the old town & Zaton. Local buses go from outside the hotel and reception can give you a timetable. It’s 2 euros 50 to the old town but make sure you check where to get off as we went too far. A fabulous place to stay & I hope we get to go back one day.
