It’s well used!

Arrived at 3pm as a titanium member - no upgrades. They’ll give you a bar/food credit as they have no club lounge but it’s not much so took the points instead. It used to be a crowne plaza, so other than the gimmick of it looking like a fairy castle outside it’s not good enough to be an autograph collection. Elevators, corridors and public areas are very “well used” so it could do with an upgrade. Always looking for a nice place to stay that’s a step up from the norm but alas I’ll not stay here again. The room was freezing when we checking in too - set at 65! Lastly, they do not tell you on check in, but they give you a card to put in your car and THEN they charge you $37 with tax every night to park your car - that’s more than they charge in New York.

Boris, the bartender provided exceptional service. His attention to detail and professionalism were both incredible. I enjoyed my brief time at the bar area and it was all because of Boris’ hospitality. I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

My first trip to USA accompanied by my daughter.Castle Hotel overall has been first class. A special mention to Joe who welcomed us at the entrance,to the very helpful Dwight and Victoria on reception and to David at the bar who provided exceptional service every day.

Awesome hotel and amazing staff, especially Joe. He made our trip extra special with all his knowledge of the area. Also, all of Joe's dinner reservations, were 10 out of 10. I would totally recommend this hotel, for not only there location but there staff.
