Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection

Hotel is super dated, room smelled like bleach, bathroom was a little dirty when I arrived. They charge $27 a day for parking and will give you a sign to put on your dash, but sometimes they fail to mention that it cost money. I called and asked about it and the lady at the front desk on 2/20 around noon eastern time didn't really care and just said, "well it's on our website and should've been mentioned by the person when you checked in." Well, I travel for work and cannot use the hotel website, nor the Marriott website/app and have to use a search engine through my employer. I must add that it's literally a parking lot, there's no security, no gate arm, or anything like that. It's a regular parking lot. The only reason I'm writing this review is because of the way I was treated when I called and asked about it. I wasn't even calling to get a refund/credit or anything like that. I was letting them know I wasn't aware and maybe they can be sure to mention that to future guests. I was just treated like my experience didn't matter and I should've visited their website. I travel for work and booked this hotel the same day (yesterday) that I checked in. I shouldn't have to visit the hotel's website when I'm not even using it to reserve the room when the front desk could've been courteous and mentioned that WHILE GIVING ME THE PARKING PASS. I'll never be back here again...$209 was the rate and ended up being $260 when it was all said and done with a $27 money grab. Have already reported them to Bonvoy.

Wonderful staff and very friendly. I truly enjoyed Yuccep & Jairo. They make you feel right at home. Location is perfect for Universal studios Epic Park and Icon Park. Many restaurants in the area . Hotel also connects to “Two To Tango” and Vito’s Steakhouse. Looking forward to our return

I stayed here for a conference and my Mom came along with me as I am in a boot up to my knee from an injury. The highlight of our stay was Jairo at the breakfast buffet. You can tell he is passionate about service and loves his job. His attention to detail and friendly disposition was truly appreciated. He is an absolute gem!

Jairo and Yucepp are absolutely amazing!! I always look forward to going down to breakfast, to be greeted by them and their unbelievable customer service. They remember me and always greet me with friendliness and warmth. I feel like family. I truly enjoy staying here every time I visit the Orlando area. The hotel and staff is amazing!

Always enjoy our time at The Castle. It is a great spot to walk to convention center for events. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We always look forward to chatting with Joe each morning and evening as we are coming and going.
