Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando

The tv consistently blacked out, the shower was not clean, the outlets were upside down and poorly constructed (tilted and poorly spackled in place). During housekeeping a dirty rag was left on top of my belongings in the bathroom. Room had no fridge/microwave.

Check in agent, believe he was the supervisor, was very kind. He’s probably the only one from the hotel staff that understands true warm connection with people. Valet staff who is third party, PMC I believe, were always friendly and greeted us. This is a rare thing when valet staff are outshining the hotel staff. Don’t know if there were bellman services since no one else from the hotel staff even says hello or makes eye contact. 10 and 5 may need to be taught. I have worked at luxury along with premium properties and have stayed at many properties and this is one a bit unwelcoming. One morning we rode the elevator and there was a manager talking to an associate about their period blood. Restaurant staff were good. The risotto was amazing!!!!! Bisque was a bit on the salty side but flavor was good. Our dessert said that it would come with vanilla ice cream but we got a sorbet? If we would have known we would have switched to another dessert. Beds were amazing and housekeeping service was also good. They restocked and made the beds daily so thank you. I wouldn’t stay here again though due to the unwelcoming environment that the hotel has. I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering someone when I’m saying “Good Morning”. The grand bohemian in Savannah and Charleston though are night and day! Definitely recommend those properties where staff are attentive and very friendly.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with all the services provided at this hotel. my little family and myself had a blast. Everything was amazing! Everything was so convenient in our room. We enjoyed having breakfast at this establishment as well. Our server Tristen recommended the bohamian breakfast to my son , which was delicious he said. My husband and ordered the breakfast wrap which comes with a side of fresh fruit. It was delicious! The portion is enough for 2 people because both of us only eat half of our breakfast! I highly recommend Tristen! & Excellent server! The only issue we had was that the hot tub wasn’t working but they made accommodation for myself and my family.

Hotel was very nice and staff was super helpful. Hotel was kept clean. I recommend it. It was close to restaurants and just around the corner from Charles St bars. The hotel pool had a busted pipe and could not be used. Not a major issue since it was cooler weather.

It’s an ok hotel. We stayed a week, picked because weather a little cold and wanted a jacuzzi. Even though said would be fixed, never got working. Wifi didn’t work in rooms, had to sit in lobby. Should know that people need to work. On the plus side, very clean, very friendly, great restaurant and bar.
