Be carful of their "incidental holds"......
After I paid for the stay with a different credit card as was checking out (total bill of $1138), I was astonished to see that two days later, a Hold was on my BoA account for $1300!!! So not only did I pay at the time of checkout the FULL amount, A hold was them placed on my CC for $1300. When I called to complain that this made no sense, I was given the line that they always do that. Yes, I am getting my $1300 back once BoA removes the hold, but for 5 days I did not have that money from my banking account. I don't believe anything nefarious was happening, just really bad business practices that affected the customer.

Clean comfortable hotel .
Very comfortable. Perfect if you are going to the convention center . Wish we had more time to spend there. All staff were friendly and professional. Front desk check in clerk was extremely helpful. Everything looked clean . Would definitely recommend and return if in the area.

Very friendly and helpful
The checkin staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I parked in the parking garage, but the valet stafff were very helpful as well, helping me to get everything to my car. We came for a convention and had a lot of baggage and extra items.

Good resort, getting too expensive
Nice resort, rooms are clean and elevators are the nicest I have ever been in being very fast. Pool is very nice. We have stayed in several types of rooms and the corner room is the best for view. However price to stay is dramatically going up every year
