Hyatt Regency Orlando

Wonderful stay! Beautiful premises and the staff were very accommodating and anticipated our needs, especially keeping food and drinks well-stocked and keeping premises clean for a very well-attended multi-day conference. Pool area is really nice too.

Great staff and very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if I had more time to take advantage of some of the amenities. I was there on business and it was so nice not to freeze in the meeting rooms. It was also good to have amble outlets in the guest room in usable places. Food cost was a bit on the high side.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt Regency (normally we're a Hilton Brand family - Home2Suites being our favorite). The hotel was nice and spacious - perfect for the convention we were there to attend. However, my room had obviously been previously inhabited by a family with small kids who were allowed to eat in every corner of the room. Despite multiple calls to housekeeping and them coming twice, crumbs remained (smashed Cheez-Its, granola bar crumbs, puffs, even a chewable Motrin). I'm not sure if they simply need better vacuums or if the staff needs to be trained to pause and examine their work to see if it was effective, but I was unimpressed with the cleanliness.

Wonderful hotel with outstanding staff! The room was very clean and had plenty of room. The gym exceeded expectations and is probably one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel! Pool areas were also fantastic! Only wish is that they had more than one hot tub considering the number of pools they have for guests. Great location for walking to nice restaurants. I didn't see any shopping within walking distance but they did have a couple of drugstores very close to the hotel. They do have other entertainment options at The Pointe which is a very short walk from hotel. Overall great hotel!!

Nice hotel, very close to different restaurants, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel has different restaurants to choose from. food was very good, pool area was nice too. I was there for a conference, hotel offer free trolleys rides, overall great experience.
