Top Notch hotel staff surpasses all hotels in the Orlando area
The hotel staff at the Hyatt Regency Orlando is the best I have ever experienced. I left my wallet with cash in it and some prescriptions in the wall safe and Mr. Carter with security went and retrieved my belongings and held them till I was able to get them from him. All staff from front desk, waitress, housekeeping to security was top notch. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and the pool is amazing and Coconuts by the pools food is yummy and the beds are super comfy after a busy day for my conference.

Fantastic experience.
Great facilities and outstanding service from every staff member resulting in a fantastic experience. I especially appreciated the 24-hour market place to be able to get coffee and snacks. I also enjoyed the pool. The hotel's connection to the convention center was very convenient. The only negative was the price of drinks at the poolside bar which included an 18% gratuity. That said, I would still highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel
The bed was very comfortable and they offered a variety of pillows. As soon as you laid down you fell asleep. The view from my room was mesmerizing. It overlooked a swamp. There was so much to do in the hotel you almost forgot that you had not left the hotel. Wonderful restaurants. Great experience!

Very Nice Stay
I checked into the Hyatt as part of a business conference. I was very happy with my stay and was blown away by how clean and tidy my room was. The staff was super helpful as I had to check my bags until the conference was over and couldn't check in until later that evening. They were retrieved quickly and with a smile. Thank you for the great say.

Women's Retreat
The bed was comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay. I was in town for A Women's Retreat. It was nice and very informative. Grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a nice hotel. Although there was quiet a distance between the conference area and my hotel room.
