Deb Archbald is OUTSTANDING! From the moment we made our reservation, she reached out to make sure our experience across multiple reservations and rooms for 13 guests was exceptional. Great conference hotel
Fantastic hotel and conference center. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a couple fantastic restaurants in the hotel as well as a Starbucks. There are lots of sitting/meeting/work areas located around the hotel for business travelers. The conference center excellent was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great, newer, convention hotel!
This new, clean, lovely conference hotel has excellent amenities. The Orlando hotel has large conference facilities and is connected to a very large adjacent conference facility. The hotel is very clean and new with high-end finishes. Highly recommended!

Don’t care about customer experience
There was a party next door to my room on the 31st floor that a company was throwing and went on until 11pm, I complained multiple times and never got a call back from management to explain or make things right. The party was inside of a guest room and I’ve included a picture of the sign they had in the hallway of the guest floor

Good location nice clean hotel friendly staff.
Check in was a bit trying with a young lady who was not the friendliest. She was a bit extra with everything from getting a higher floor to government taxes. Later able to get a different staff to move me higher the next day. Issues with heat, but it was fixed and shower faucet wouldn't turn off which led to being fixed but no hot water in the sink faucet (nothing came out when turned on) I checked out on that day. However, the hotel itself was clean and well kept, staff were friendly and responsive, good location.
