An absolute stunning hotel, especially with the recent renovations. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, the pool and lazy river are absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this property as it’s super clean extremely nice and a great location to Disney Springs.

If you value comfort and great food…

From check in to check out the service has been absolutely wonderful! the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a beautiful pool view where i was also able to see the epcot fireworks. The food quality in the Signia is phenomenal! The Harvest servers from breakfast, lunch, dinner are all professionals and friendly. Zeta Asia is delicious and definitely worth it to try! Great place for a quick getaway with family.

A special birthday for my daughter

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I had an amazing time with my family at the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and Emily made sure that she received a special treat for her in our room. We will definitely make a return visit.

Disappointed by aloof, rude & incompetent front desk staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I checked into the Hilton 28th Sept for 5 nights. On arrival I presented at the desk to check in, unfortunately I can’t remember the young lady’s name, she took my details asked for ID & credit card which I provided. She proceeded to input into the computer & after a few minutes she said have you already added a card for incidentals? I replied “just the card I gave you” She said no I have a card ending **** & proceeded to give me the last 4 digits. I checked all my other cards in case it had been the card I had booked with stored but none of my cards matched. At this point the lady called over another member of staff …Amanda! She explained to Amanda that I was “on that BA rate” a fact that was referred to several times over the check in process & implied that for some reason this rate was inferior! Yes I booked through British Airways - the flagship airline of the UK who send copious amounts of passengers to the Orlando every year! In fact I had just checked out of a Universal hotel this morning & not once was it mentioned what rate I was staying on! Anyway I digress slightly, Amanda then asked have you already supplied a card, I advised I have literally just arrived & just the card I have your colleague. Amanda then proceeded to the back office to investigate. After standing for several minutes the front desk clerk asked - are you with the veterinary conference? I replied no. A few minutes later she declared - we know what the problem is “we have another guest with the same name & she’s been allocated your booking”. At this point Amanda returned from the back office explained to her colleague what to do, they then discussed the resort fee to be added, Amanda proceeded to explain to her colleague how to charge the fee & finished by saying - tell “HER” what you’re doing! Amanda I’m standing here - I’ve heard every word and you’re just rude! You have barely acknowledged me & at this stage no one has made any effort to apologise for the delay or inconvenience! So the clerk posts the resort fees & asks me to pay in full for the 5 days - strange as this is just normally added nightly & settled on departure and they have my credit card but I go ahead & process the transaction. I then clarify with the check in agent that all has been sorted & my card has been posted against my room for incidentals. She replies “oh you can’t charge your the room you’re on that BA rate you need to pay for everything as you go” I questioned her - are you sure that seems very strange & I’ve supplied you with a card? She proceeds to type a bit & then says OK you can charge but I’ll need $625 pre authorisation. I replied that’s fine - no problem. The transaction is processed, I get my room key, instructions to the lift, no information on the hotel facilities or whether I require anything else and definitely no apology for the delay or confusion. I arrive at my room, get a notification from my bank that the $625 pre auth has actually been posted TWICE! I return to reception get another clerk explain the situation that the charge has been processed twice & as there’s another guest with my name I’m concerned my card has been put on her room also. This lady goes out to the back office again (I’m not sure who hides in there - but I’m imagining some kind of Dr Claw character from Inspector Gadget - IYKYK) returns to say they have cancelled one of the transactions & it will appear back on my card within 5-7 days but could take up to 30 as its international! Unbelievable! I would like to add still no apology for any of these issues! So despite all the issues & lack of welcome I would like to add that the resort is lovely. Lobby is a bit cold - like the front desk staff I guess and always full of conference guests. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are small, the door when opened blocks the shower door and the rooms have possibly the tiniest closet I’ve ever had in any hotel. I should mention that all other staff encountered - pool, housekeeping, baggage & the market staff were all lovely. On check out I was not even asked if everything was Ok, did I enjoy my stay - just another frosty interaction from the front desk. I should mention that I had one encounter with a front office staff member who was fairly pleasant ( sorry didn’t catch her name - lady with short cropped hair). Dining options are limited and drinks are very over priced.

Hotel or shelter??

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I took my family to Disney and stayed here for 4 nights oct 10-14. This was on the tail end of hurricane milton. The hotel was a mess. Dog urine was everywhere, even at the check in desk. Dogs barked all night long. Strollers and luggage was just sitting in the halls. I asked to be moved because of barking dogs all night and they did. Thankful for that. One would think that was it. But it wasn’t. The room had food in it from the previous guest, the shampoo and body wash was empty in the shower dispenser. After 2 days I took them out and place on bathroom vanity to be refilled. We ordered breakfast and it sat in our room for 2 days. It was still there when we checked out. The lobby is spacious and nice. The property is conveniently located. I would not recommend staying here. It felt more like a shelter than a luxury hotel. I would have liked to be updated about the refuge/shelter in advance. More training for staff needed.
