The first newly built Waldorf Astoria since the legendary original in New York City, Waldorf Astoria Orlando commands a stunning location on 482 emerald-green acres. Located in the exclusive Bonnet Creek, the hotel is a lush and tropical paradise set on its own nature preserve - surrounded on three sides by Walt Disney World® Resort, adjacent to Epcot® and next to Downtown Disney®. Upon arrival, the stately lobby eloquently sets the tone, instantly drawing you to its centerpiece - a magnificent clock handcrafted by master artisans. The remarkably spacious guest rooms and suites boast handsome appointments, with walls coated in soothing colors, furniture dressed in classic fabrics and lavish amenities discovered at every turn.

First off Andrea at the front desk was pleasant and extremely helpful throughout my families entire stay. Although it was cold during our stay we got to enjoy the pool once which was really nice. Food was good but the overall service was excellent.

Very mixed and unimpressive at the WA Orlando. First ever stay at a WA - was expecting 5* consistency and found glimpses of quality mixed with service gaps. The good: outstanding service from Aquamarine bartender, spa therapist, quick responses via chat. Rooms are nice and cleaned well. Lazy river next door at Signia. The iffy: food quality/value - it's better than theme parks but we had much better meals off site. Self-parking not convenient (seems designed for Signia). The poor: despite status (Diamond) and request for quiet room, not only no upgrade, but given one of the loudest rooms right above noisy atrium on NYE (which we found out the hard way). Daily F&B credit were not applied to all days - had to request the 2 missing ones. With so many better options in town, we're unlikely to return.

One of our favorite hotels in the Orlando area. Rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast Buffet is always excellent. Service provided by Lizzy in the Oscars Restaurant was outstanding! She has a wonderful personality, and her level of service and attention to detail make for a nice start to our day.

The service is really like a one star hotel. You call to reception no one answer you have yo be waiting more than half sn hour. They dont clean the rooms we have to be complaining until 9 pm to get clean our rooms Food really terrible in dining services doesnt exist you call them and they tell you they are really busy and you have yo wait more than one hour When the order comes is not correct it is a nightmare to try to speak with them Then you decide dont eat and forget the food I do not recommend go to this hotel services is not for the category as they say or any disney hotel category as Disney hotels services are perfect always

We stayed at the Waldorf over winter break. We decided to stay there to take advantage of AMEX fine resorts perks and you couldn’t beat the price for a suite. The resort is very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. If it doesn’t come with your room, it’s still a pretty good deal ( 40 dollars). Now we stayed here knowing the resort had the perk of early entry to the resorts and the transportation. In my opinion, if you want the full Disney experience, I wouldn’t stay at the Waldorf unless you are going to take Ubers to the parks, which we and a lot of other families did. The bus does not come frequent enough and can make other stops at other parks before going to the hotel. It is also picking up guests at the Hilton so it can be jammed. You also don’t know if the bus is going to be late. If you stay at a Disney resort, they have a screen that tells you when the bus will be arriving. . It would be nice if Waldorf had that also or an app. There is also nothing around the hotel to walk to. You need to take the bus, uber or your own car. If you stay at most Disney resorts you have walking access to some parks and shops. Something else that was frustrating is the resort fee and parking fee. I do believe at most Disney resorts parking is complimentary. The resort fee… includes to use the water tubes at Hilton??? That’s a little excessive. In the end, it still was a better price to stay at the Waldorf, but You just don’t get the Disney experience.
