Conrad Osaka

Stayed 6 nights with my family - wife and 2 young kids. Love the hotel and location. I had access to the execute lounge which had amazing views -almost more than 180 deg views. The lobby has an amazing view as well. The breakfast was outstanding and what can you say about the service - it was amazing as you would expect from a top notch hotel like this. I would like to say thank you to Airi Hoshizaki who always greeted us by name and was very loving to my young kids. Further, the location served its purpose for my family. Outside the really touristy areas but a quick metro or uber ride to any of the major destinations. I enjoy taking public transportation and having a metro/subway staying literally below the hotel was a selling point. Again, thanks to all the staff for making this stay memorable.

Thanks to the exceptional team at the Conrad Hilton Osaka, our dining experience was truly unforgettable. Makoto Ogawa, the restaurant manager, ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect, from the exquisite dishes to the seamless service. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the evening a memorable one. Yukiko Fukuoka, the F&B Supervisor and Head Receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome when we arrived. Her thoughtful recommendation to visit a local museum added a unique cultural touch to our trip, making us appreciate Osaka even more. Ayumi Taichi, who served our desserts and coffee, was a delight. Her friendly smile and genuine attentiveness made us feel right at home. Her excellent service left us eager to return for the food and the wonderful ambiance she helped create. Conrad Hilton Osaka excels at selecting staff who make every guest feel like they belong, whether staying at the hotel or simply dining. I highly recommend this hotel for its world-class service and welcoming staff. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit to Osaka.

Excellent hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The views from the lobby are great. Like many hotels in Japan you take one elevator to the lobby and then have to walk to another elevator to your room. Also, we had executive lounge access. TOO MANY KIDS. Even though they have kids leave at 7PM it is a zoo sometimes. It is not the kids fault, it is the parents that let them disturb everyone else. At minimum there should be an age level (12 and up). This is not exclusive to the Conrad Osaka lounges...it is happening all over. Overall though a beautiful hotel and good location.

Conrad Osaka is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and stocked with luxury amenities. The pool and sauna are a huge recommendation. The staff throughout the hotel are very professional and attentive. Definitely will stay again in the future.

This place is full 5 star. ONLY THE BEST !! From the moment you arrive till the time you leave, Only first class. Only problem is the beds are a little hard for western backs :) I will be back again nest time in the city. You can not go wrong stayng here
