The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka

Fantastic trip all over with the family, the usual luxury Ritz Carlton is offered with a Japanese touch which sets the pace for our trip in Japan. Great hospitality, maximum exposure to Japanese care and touch right from the lobby to the room - really can’t ask for more. Special mention to Simon and Ueda-san who really looked after us, not to mention Miki-san from housekeeping who has redefined what a clean & well-kept room and bathroom is. Thanks again!

From the moment we arrived at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka, we were welcomed with the kind of hospitality that sets hotels apart. Every detail of our stay was flawless, and the level of service was nothing short of world-class. A special note of appreciation goes to Monsieur Mounir. He assisted us warmly with our check-in and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. Mounir was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to secure a late check-out, which made our departure seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and warmth truly enhanced our experience, making us feel exceptionally well cared for. We look forward to returning to Osaka, and when we do, there’s no question we’ll be coming back to the Ritz-Carlton. Better luck with Real Madrid next time, Mounir.

Fantastic service at the front desk by Simon Finch, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Got a great room upgrade and he made sure both rooms (for my kids and my wife & I) were close together. Breakfast is very nice. The location of the hotel is very good. In terms of areas for consideration, I would say that the interior could do with an update (it’s a bit old school), and the bar and breakfast room don’t offer natural light, which is a shame.

It was our first time in this Ritz-Carlton. We were welcomed by Mr Mounir, who guided us during our stay. We were enchanted by our stay, the team knew what the word Hospitality means. The tea time as the breakfast is a beautiful experience. When we come back to Osaka, we will stay again there

Great experience. We stayed at Four Seasons in Tokyo and Suirian in Kyoto and Ritz was by far the best. Also was cheaper than both those hotels per night. Simon the GM was fantastic !! He made sure every thing was perfect and took care of us. All the staff were on top of it and very friendly.
