The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka

Great stay! Rooms were huge with a wonderful view of the city. Metro can be reached through an underground passage. Lots of restaurant options in the underground area. Kids enjoyed pool, hot tub, and sauna offered by the hotel. Breakfast buffet was one of the best. Simon was super helpful!

We had a couple of days in Osaka and loved every minute at the Ritz Carlton. Simon Finch looked after us so well as did the entire team who were extraordinary and made the stopover so worthwhile. A number of great tips and kind use of behind the scenes spaces.

This was our first time visiting Osaka, and it was a great experience - super accessible location. We truly felt at home in the hotel, and the Christmas decorations were outstanding. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to return.

From the moment our family of five arrived, the hospitality from the Ritz Osaka was outstanding. We were given an early check-in and with three rooms for the family, that was impressive. At every step of the stay, we were made to feel welcome, cared for, and appreciated as guests. We had our elderly mother with us, who was made to feel very much at home with accessible accommodations. During breakfast, we had a lovely table, and the restaurant manager offered to take a photo of our group. At the end of breakfast, they brought printed photos to us, which was a step above and beyond. Simon, the hotel loyalty manager was always exceeding our expectations with this thoughtful and sincere touches.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights as an anniversary celebration. The room is extremely nice, the breakfast was excellent, and the range of food and drink in the club lounge is very satisfactory. The hotel seemed to be full, and therefore the lounge could be rather noisy and have children running around at times, but they left by the evening. The staff were extremely nice - in particular I would like to mention Garcia in the club lounge and Cherry who helped us check in. Having said that the room is nice, I have to say that the rooms in the Tokyo Ritz Carlton are nicer in some ways. For example, they have TVs in the bathroom as well as the room. Our room here didn't have a bathroom TV, although there was a remote control in the bathroom. One way in which Ritz Carlton Osaka is nicer than its Tokyo counterpart is the pool. In Tokyo the pool is about sixty floors up and has no outside terrace. In Osaka, the pool is about four floors high, and has an outside terrace with an outdoor jaccuzi, which we enjoyed using. Finally, if you go around Christmas time, the decorations in the hotel are breathtakingly beautiful. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.
