Nikita was a wonderful host to guided us from the first day to the very last. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Osaka. The W is our favorite hotel in Osaka with all of the luxurious amenities the spa was great Nikki to make sure that every part of our state was taking care of from from the beginning to the end I got my words

Nikita was a gracious host. He made our trip very memorable from the first day that we met him to the last. He gave us great recommendations to restaurants and attraction sites here in Osaka. Our room was very spacious all the amenities, including the spa was fantastic.

Amazing property consistent with the W Hotel vibe! Stayed over New Years and the hotel had a special festive event for all guests in the hotel lobby - with sake, mochi-making, and traditional holiday food for sampling. The view from the room was excellent (southwest corner), breakfast buffet was expansive, and the gym was well above my expectations. The property lives up to the internet hype as one of the most "Instagram-able Hotels" in the world!

This is one for the books for us! I have stayed in many different W Hotels but W Osaka is one of my favorites now. The vibe, look, music and feel are amazing. They did a fantastic job with keeping the brand and being 100% sustainability, that just blew my mind. And the best of all are the talents! Each and every individual was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back here! Thank you so much Peter and happy to have personally met you!
