W Osaka

Wonderful stay at W Osaka. I would definitely stay again. We were only supposed to stay 2 nights but we enjoyed the hotel (we had a Wonderful Double Double room) and area so much that we extended it to 5 nights. (Thank you Ayumi-san, the Welcome Desk Manager for her help with the reservation.) Chef Maurizio was also super hospitable. He cut up a whole melon for us at the breakfast buffet and we had a nice chat about dining in Osaka. Other pros: little unique touches like W Osaka exclusive Pocky, lots of convenience amenities in the room (slippers, PJs, etc), central location to Shinsaibashi, Dontonburi and luxury shopping, well-equipped gym and easy to avoid tourist trap restaurants if you just to down the streets behind the hotel.

Whole experience in this hotel was beautifully outstanding, especially the service of Alexandre was superb when we arrived at the reception. He made our stay. Thank you for the memorable service in Osaka Alex!

Had a wonderful working trip stay in Osaka with family in tow. Got two rooms, unfortunately not adjacent but on the same floor. Check in was fast, efficient and friendly. The omotenashi spirit was very evident. The hardware is very new. The hotel still feels fresh and no detectable wear and tear. The views from the high floors are amazing, with floor to ceiling windows. Bonvoy plat status, but only higher floor was on offer, no room type upgrade. Even with sheets and blackout blinds, you can still hear the bōsōzoku from high floors. Not the fault of the hotel. Earplugs are provided. Location is stellar. Very close to dining and shopping options. There are great restaurants even across the lobby. Concierge very helpful and knowledgeable. I picked this hotel over the St. Regis. I felt the overall courtesy of the Regis and pre-check in was not what I expect of the brand. I'll be back.

Had a wonderful time in W Osaka. Stayed for 3 days. Housekeeping did a wonderful job our room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. as were departing my son got sick from the cold I was frantic but Nikita quickly helped us with our luggage to be sent to our next hotel he answered all my questions and put me at ease. He speaks very good english. You can see his genuine concern for my son. I was so happy when our luggage arrived in the afternoon. Will definitely be back again.

This is a hotel where you can feel the Christmas in Osaka. It was nice to always be able to see the Midosuji illumination. The treatment for Bonvoy elite members was also good. I would like to thank Misaki and Songhui Seo who sincerely helped me check in.
