An Amazing Hotel, with great location, rooms, center bar and overall service. Nikita was the best!! Super helpful concierge with lots of helpful tips and will miss his hospitality. The room was quite large and very comfortable…loved the experience….We must come back 🙏

My family visit MYDO everytime when we go to Osaka.Thank you for chief Haneda and Kyoka for the excellent service and foods. I highly recommend MYDO. Their food are fresh and delicious. I love the beef and dessert. My son loves the seafood and their vegetables.

W Osaka did not disappoint, the room was comfortable and the service was excellent. We flew to Osaka from San Francisco and spent 8 nights staying at W Osaka during Xmas and NYE last month. While W Osaka is not the most luxury hotel in the Marriott selection, it does offer a very unique experience with the modern decor and the very fun atmosphere. What surprises me is their excellent service from their well trained staff. I want to give a special shout out to Jim and Michelle as both of them have made our stay at W Osaka feeling like home. Not only were they very helpful and attentive to our needs they were extremely friendly and pleasant during our stay at W Osaka. W Osaka is very lucky to have both in their organization. Thank you Jim and Michelle, I will not hesitate to recommend W Osaka to my friends thanks greatly to your friendly and professional assistance to us during our stay. Happy New Year 2025.

What else can a visitor ask for besides amazing service, location, as well as a nice room, great amenities and excellent on-site restaurant and breakfast buffet? From the moment you arrive to the moment you go to sleep, W Osaka staff make it their mission to make sure you feel welcome and relaxed. A special shoutout and thank you to customer service stars Nasa, Mio, and Nikita. Keep doing what you do so well already. On a long list of reasons to stay at W Osaka during your visit, they are near the top of the list. Close to a main street, street food and shopping district, and only a couple blocks from a major subway station that hosts several lines. The MUT runs parallel to the hotel and provides easy access to strollers, bikes, pedestrians, handicap, and vehicles. World class breakfast buffet and amenities. After a while I preferred take out coffee from the bar than to run to the local franchise because it was just as good.
