One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure in staying at. We stayed here twice while in Norway. The rooms, staff, amenities, comfort and location are perfect. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with the most comfortable beds. Everything is at your fingertips. 👌 The staff are amasing!!

The best Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners. Excellent staff all around the hotel Room is very modern with very cool lighting The location is walkable to central Oslo and all the museums in town. There are bridges that remind you of Venice right outside the front door I’d definitely go back

Cannot find a fault with this hotel. Super relaxed, super friendly staff and extremely chilled. This hotel is a great example of Scandinavian style and coolness. The bar makes some great cocktails and the restaurant serves a great meal. We briefly visited the spa which was also lovely. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Room was a good size and well appointed. Treat yourself.

Overall, a good stay. The hotel exudes luxury and the bed are really comforable albeit the scratchy duvet. The breakfast option is great - the food are tasty and table service good. The hotel is close to great restaurants and even offer free access to the museum nearby. However, for a hotel of this caliber, I expect a bit more consistency in service particularly in housekeeping department. For example, we checked in and noticed that there are no sugar, teaspoon or saucers that can be used to make tea or coffee. The following day, they did not replace the black tea nor provided sugar. The turndown service has been inconsitent as well.
