Excellent downtown boutique hotel. Close to everything
We stayed at the Arc for the Family Day long weekend. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room was small but spotless and comfortable. We brought our dog and the staff were very accommodating ($50/ stay). We could walk to the market, shopping, the canal. I plan to return and would highly recommend.

Great Friday night stay
We stayed one night at the hotel and the service at the front desk (Kevin) was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.

Ok hotel. Nothing fancy.
The hotel is getting old. Free and cheap parking available all around the hotel. For the price it is the best hotel in the location. Lots of water in lobby. A few coffee shops at the exits. Slow elevator and darker dated rooms. Quiet. Limited amenities. Ok for a short stay.

Check in time is innacurrate
I had to wait an hour for rooms to be available. Unfortunately lost an hour due to this. Other than that, rooms are clean & front lobby is cozy.
