This is a true 5 star experience. Immaculately clean rooms and property. The rooms are intelligently designed with super comfortable bedding and a quite HVAC. Motion sensing night lights under the bed and in the bathroom prevent stubbed toes. The grounds are beautiful, serene and easily handle the guests in even a full hotel. There is adequate and guest-focused food and beverage staff to deliver a top quality experience. The pool / beach chair reservation system avoids the unacceptable annoyance of arriving at the pool / beach in mid morning only to find no available seating due to rude guests "reserving" such seating with towels, etc... but not being there. Concierge, desk and bellman services are terrific. Ala carte purchases are reasonably priced. I realize it is industry standard, but I still am annoyed by a "resort fee" added to the room price when everything in the resort is ala carte.

The hotel was clean and staff always friendly. Service can be a little slow at times but who’s in a hurry on vacation, not us. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was ready when we arrived. Food was good quality and a fair price. Drinks were slightly over priced.

Hyatt in Aruba is so beautiful in daytime & nighttime and has the best location for walking the beach trail and across the street for more bars and restaurants. Friendly service- especially those that work in the Regency Club. We enjoyed our beach palapa and pool umbrella - both were reserved ahead. We ordered wings and shrimp tacos while on the beach. Service was fast and the food was delicious. The mixology class was a fun Happy Hour activity. Breakfast at the Palms was amazing!!!! Our room on the 8th floor was clean, quiet and comfortable with a great view. We both slept really well! Just a perfect stay at Hyatt Aruba!!!

This was our family's first visit to Aruba and it will not be our last. And when we do, we will only be staying the Hyatt Regency! The check in process was quick and seamless, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the ground of the hotel were beautiful. On top of that, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday, making it an unforgettable day for her! We are very grateful. The pool was a big hit with our young children and the waterside was so fun. Mary Juvy at the Juice bar knew our entire family’s names and she always greeted us with a big smile! We can’t wait to return to this resort in the future. Thank you Hyatt Regency Aruba!
