Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa

Sorry for the late review. Business takes me all over the USA and a Little R & R at my beach condo for now. A three day Thanksgiving weekend here at EAU was just what we needed. We've stayed here before and this resort doesn't disappoint!!! Beautiful room, clean, well appointed, nice bed, relaxing decor over looking the beach and ocean. Nice porch/ balcony and privacy for that all body tan!!! We dined for breakfast every morning and dinner at Polpo and spent our Thanksgiving dinner at Angle where we had great service from KAI. Great heated pool, have to get your lounge chairs early. It gets taken up pretty quickly. Great pool side service. Our room Housekeeper was so attentive and so caring and she did give us great service, sorry I didn't get your name, but was happy to give her a nice tip. And so was ANDRE and WILL from Housekeeping who added a soft top to our king size bed because it was a new bed and was extra firm!!! Much Better!!! Ahhhhhh!!! Kudos to MICHAEL the Bellman who gave us great services with our luggage and bags and got us extra water and ice!!! Overall, great stay, awesome service, and staff, comfy room and great to come back to a great resort!!! We will be back!!!🏖️🏖️🏖️

We were there for about a week. The service and facility exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful place to stay as the staff always addressed our needs in friendly and processional ways and management followed up after. I would definitely go back.

This resort is absolutely amazing!! Valet, front desk, cleaning staff and servers are all incredibly welcoming and attentive. We stayed for 2 days after getting married in Palm Beach. We enjoyed poolside cocktails and had the best server in Palm Beach named Brandon. He went out of his to make sure we had the best short honeymoon at The Eau and we are so grateful! The poolside restaurant also had LIVE music playing the entire afternoon on Sunday performed by Arturo Romay and he was absolutely incredible! He even gave my wife and I a CD of his personal music which really made our day! Thank you to The Eau and all the great staff for a wonderful and unforgettable weekend, we are forever grateful 🙏

My wife and I frequently stay at Eau for business, and it has become one of our favorite resorts. The personalized attention we receive—from the reservations team remembering the room I prefer to the special amenities that make our visits memorable—truly makes Eau feel like a second home to us. The resort offers many exceptional venues to enjoy, but two of our personal favorites are the elegant hotel lobby and Breezes restaurant, with its stunning location along the beach wall. Another highlight is the Sunday afternoon brunch, a delightful event featuring fantastic island music from Arturo, perfectly complemented by the soothing sound of crashing waves in the background. Eau truly delivers a magical experience every time.

Amazing hotel, great decor, service impeccable, every staff member a star…big shout out to Michael on front of hotel bell boy….great guy a credit to the hotel!!! Facilities were also good and perfect food and recommendations. We will come back soon.
