Excellent resort! I loved it here. Pros: Beautiful pools---I only stayed at the tranquility adult pool and it was wonderful. (juice, grapes, mini ice cream sandwiches passed, along with champagne in the pool on Sunday. There are lots of chairs around the pool, and then 2 rows of chairs in front of pool, looking at the beach. Ideal! The staff is ALL outstanding---everyone is SO polite, kind and helpful--they are a joy to be with. The breakfasts are great--excellent food and many choices. Many dinner choices---I didn't try the steakhouse, Angle, but LOVED Nobu--amazing lobster tempura, breeze is easy--and guitarist on Friday nights is fabulous., and there is an Italian, Polpo, (along with the bar and a spa restaurant) OH and the spa---it is GORGEOUS---I had a fabulous massage from Desiree--and there is a spa garden that is a perfect place to relax---along with the jacuzzi with rain water. Just lovely. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Cons---and it's really nit picky to even come up with any, but I had a great ocean front terrace, but the floor was chipped, and the chairs weren't very comfortable--no table. And the nightstands don't have any drawers, although the nightstand itself is a good size. I can't wait to go back--it is a FABULOUS place!

The Eau Pam Beach Resort is a fine all-inclusive beach resort with excellent local amenities & services. Our family had one of the rooms, and made extensive use of the restaurants and multiple pools (one dedicated for children). Sitting poolside, there were plenty of staff to bring us drinks, lunch (the ostrich meat sliders were excellent!) and much-needed sun screen. The beach was open to allow everyone to dip their toes in the sea. Very relaxing on a winter day when it's so cold & icy up north. A nice touch for the young children was an arcade play area, where the staff helped out the kids draw various sea creates with colored pens. They then scanned the kid's pictures into a computer, which added the hand-drawn sea creature to the digital aquarium of fish swimming. A big hit with our kids.

This is a good hotel, but it does have some negatives that might not bother everyone. Pro: Food was good and easy to get a table for dining The concierge was great - helpful and knowledgable The rooms were a good size, we have a nice view of the ocean and the pool area. Easy to get a chair on the beach Good ice cream and coffee in the shop I heard that the spa was nice - we didn't go Hotel was clean Con : We stayed at club level and there were kids that played hide and seek and literally climbed over furniture. They knocked over lamps. I have stayed in many 5 stars and at Disney, but this was just absurd - the parents didn't care and the staff didn't seem to dare to say anything. This is a personal pet peeve, but there were plenty of older men talking about money very loudly and how their wives were off shopping and how much they spent. It was really tacky atmosphere sometimes. Maybe that was just the crowd at that point but I found it annoying Water was rough, didn't get many days of water activities

We had a lovely time at the Eau Palm Beach. The service was great as the staff could not be more attentive and friendly. Pool service was great. This is a great hotel for children as well as adults. The food at the hotel was very good. A little on the pricy side but overall good. The only negative thing about this hotel is how narrow the beach is. It is something obviously the hotel can not control however there are lounge chairs on the deck where you have a perfect view of the ocean. Overall a great week was had by all.

Truly a gorgeous and memorable stay at the Eau. From the second you step into the stunning lobby you’re absolutely transported. Our room had the most incredible ocean views in our beautifully decorated room. Pool service was on point with chair set up every morning and the staff didn’t miss a beat throughout the day. To be able to walk right down to the beach was so incredible. We also took advantage of the group fitness classes and had the most lovely yoga class. I brought my kiddos (10 and 12) and they were welcomed with open arms. Food was great, expensive but on par for the resort. We booked through Amex and received so many incredible perks-daily breakfast credit, early/late check in/out and treats in our room upon arrival.
