This is a great fit if you’re looking for something stylish and lively, but not great if you want to really feel comfortable and rejuvenated. Not much different from most hotels as far as comfort. I didn’t feel especially comfortable, and didn’t feel rested while staying there, and each consecutive night I felt more and more drained and on edge. I’ve had better experiences with Airbnb’s that were a fraction of the price. Pros: 1) Meticulously clean & well- maintained (except for carpet in room - carpet is just gross even if it is cleaned) 2) Exceptional staff for the most part - the staff really was great, I just want to emphasize that. 3) Furnishings and room all new and in excellent condition 4) Received room service & my car in a timely manner each time. Cons: 1) Window DO NOT open. And this is a huge one for me. I will not stay in a room that is sealed up and never gets aired out. I don’t care how clean the room is, it still feels dirty and extremely uncomfortable to be in a sealed, enclosed box. I booked a room with a balcony, because those have a door that can be propped open to get some air, but you have to ask the front desk for a special door stop to hold it open. Even so, the bedroom is in the back and the windows are sealed shut so the air can’t flow all the way through, and the bedroom felt uncomfortable to be in. 2) The balcony rooms face the courtyard which is where the restaurant is, so in the evening it’s very noisy. They also play techno music in the restaurant. So I would come back in the evening and open my door to air out the room and sit on my balcony and order room service and try to get a little bit of peace, but after awhile that techno music started to grate on my be nerves so badly, I had to go inside and shut the door. 3) The breakfast was not great and cost $60 each time (including room service fee and tip) While dinner at Lola 41 was excellent, the breakfast was like diner food. Was it edible? Sure. But for $60 i expect it to be one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. It was barely lukewarm two days in a row. The breakfast potatoes were bland and dry. They do make a pretty decent cappuccino though.

Our stay at the White Elephant for my sister's bachelorette party exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our visit was nothing short of perfection. The courtesy van accommodated our group of 11, driving us to (and picking us up from) various destinations within a 2-mile radius with utmost convenience. As we arrived to the beach, we were greeted by a delightful setup of 11 chairs, towels, and waters arranged for our comfort. The attention to detail was impeccable, with refreshing water always awaiting our return. Needless to say, I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and cannot recommend this hotel enough. What an unforgettable experience!

Fabulous stay at the White Elephant!! I recently stayed 4 days. The whole experience was great. My room (king suite) was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides rides to the beach where they will set up an umbrella and chair for you. They also have bikes. They will drive you anywhere within a 2 mile range and pick you up. There is wine and cheese every night, also great. The restaurant on sight- Lola 41 was delicious. The location is fabulous. 3 minute walk to the plaza for shopping, 2 blocks to the beach and less than a half a mile to the Breakers. Shout out to the front desk staff- especially Colton. The recommendations for restaurants/drinks were spot on.

Okay, stop looking! This hotel is the absolute best. The rooms, gorgeous, the staff, impeccable, the restaurant, one of my favorites. They just go over and above to make sure that the guest is the most important thing. It's a real gem. We had a great experience and I will stay here every, single time I go to Palm Beach. Hands down, the best. If I could give them 10 stars that would still not be enough. Thanks to everyone there. You deserve a lot of respect and appreciation.
