Top Hotel
Breakfast and Room‘s are always a 5/5. Food is changing daily at Breakfast and the Room‘s are very clean. You can See at some Parts of the Hotel, like the Pool or the Fitness that it‘s a bit older but for that Price it is a top Hotel. Greets to our friend Edgar at the Reception.

So many things wrong with this stay, elevetors do not work correctly, parking is cumbersome, breakfast is awful for the prices you are paying per night. The rooms are not comfortable. Staff was very rude when we asked them to change our room because the air conditioning was not working.

Uno de Los mejores hoteles en Paitilla
One of the best hotels I have stayed in Panama City, I recommend it 100%. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, the chopped steak and the sausages were too salty. Uno de Los mejores hoteles que me he quedado en la Ciudad de Panama, lo recomiento 100%. Lo unico que no me gusto fue el desayuno el bistek picado y las salchichas demaciadas saladas.

Poor Service
Multiple issues with room service (missing items, 2 hour delay, etc). Request for linens required several calls to fulfill. Broken toilet lid. Despite two attempts to reach management, I’ve not received responses to my outreach. - Damon Vaughan

Las Americas golden tower
Very nice Hotel and close to pretty much anything you want, restaurants, stores etc… there is a concierge always available that are more than happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are large very clean and comfortable. They serve a wide variety of foods for breakfast to start the day off. Highly recommended.
