Great experience
We travel often and have gone to many great hotels, but this one stood out, an absolutely fantastic experience. The bar staff is very friendly (shoutout to Anthony and Amath!) but try the speakeasy too. Area around the hotel is very safe and has excellent dining. Pick this one if you're in Panama City.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond expectations. Friendly, courteous and always smiling. The room was comfortable with amazing views of the skyline. Everything is within walking distance and the history is enlightehing!

Special thanks to Denisse and Carlos, who truly stood out with their friendly and professional service. Our room had a breathtaking sea view, and every detail about the hotel was just perfect. The elegant design, luxurious amenities, and comfortable atmosphere made it a memorable experience. The location is also fantastic, with the hotel nestled in the charming Casco Viejo area, which is full of character and easily accessible to all the best attractions. If you're planning a trip to Panama City, staying at this hotel is an absolute must. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

You must visit Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo
Without a doubt, the best welcome in Panama by our butler Annette and bellman Alfredo. We went to visit Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo for our 30th anniversary and throughout our stay she made us feel at home. She gave us a Panamanian comb as a souvenir for our ‘pearl wedding’ and helped us with all our requests, practicing her Portuguese and we practiced our Spanish. This is beyond exceptional service, the impeccable service from the housekeeper, the way the entire staff expressed themselves, and the memories we took with us will definitely make us come back!
