A must see in Panama City Panama
Absolutely beautiful place. Fabulous service, greeted at the entrance, fantastic bar, good size drinks and very delicious appetizers. Great bar service. Definitely must go and explore the view and grounds! The outside seating area is lovely and romantic.

An excellent place to finish our trip!
We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Sofitel Casco Viejo. Our room was of excellent quality with a great view and many conveniences we haven’t seen in most other hotels. The food and drink at the on-site restaurant and the lobby and pool bars were amongst the best of our trip, which says something in itself. The staff were highly efficient and friendly. We would gladly return to the property our next time we’re in Panamá City!

Awesome hotel, first class comfort.
This hotel is exquisite. From the moment you enter the door you can tell you are in a special place. We had a superior one king bedroom with partial ocean view. The bed was super comfortable. The room wasn't huge but it had a great setup with a couch, chairs and desk. We had plenty of space. The bathroom had a great shower and private toilet area. The pool was amazing, the grounds were also spectacular. We had breakfast in the restaurant that was also delicious. It was a great stay.

Best of the best all around
This hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town of Panama. It is close to many restaurants and little shops. We stayed for 4 nights. The service was phenomenal. They helped us with airport transfers and tours. We ate at all their restaurants on site and really enjoyed them all. Our room was clean and spacious. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the ocean and Panama City. Great lobby bar too! Make sure you check out their speak easy! You get a little bit of everything at the Sofitel.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel with interesting history.
Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. Hotel was beautiful and they had excellent customer service. Due to an issue with a flight, we had to unexpectedly come back for one additional night, and they were very accommodating. Also, utilized their arranged transportation, and all of the drivers were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
