Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama

The hotel is nicely decorated, offers a beautiful view and amazing pools. The breakfast buffet was awesome. However, the elevator system is totally absurd, you can spend 10 minutes waiting for an elevator and there is no stairs… The hotel seems to be needing some renovation (especially the room’s floor). The staff was not particularly attentive and sometimes not very competent. I have had several issues at the front desk regarding my invoicing. While I had done everything in advance to warn the hotel about my requirements for payment (as I was staying with a group for business), I still had lots of struggles all over the stay in this regards.

Great views or both the city and ocean, nice pool area, superb dinning options, very well situated in the heart of panama city, close to old town, the canal and both the Albuquerque and International airports, decent luxury Casino on site in my opinion this place offers a little bit of everything for a short Panama layover or mini vacation,

We had a very relaxing family vacation here. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area had amazing views, and it never got crowded. Amelio at Azul was very attentive and courteous to our needs. We ran into an issue in the elevators one night, and the staff did all they could to rectify it and made the rest of our stay very enjoyable. This was our second visit to the JW Marriott in less than a year, and we plan on returning again!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff (especially Sandra was amazing). The executive lounge was superb and the staff (Jose, Elizabeth and Maxine) were the best. They were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. I would recommend the executive lounge to everyone. Overall I was impressed by the quality of the staff and service.

We had such a great stay at JW Marriott Panama. The hotel was super clean, a lot to do within. We rarely had to leave the resort. But this trip would not have been as good without the 3 best employees that JW had to offer. I absolutely loved these guys and it was such a joy to see them everyday. Literally became family to us in just a few days if you stay at the JW, please please look for these guys, they will make the trip 10x better. Also, give these guys a raise because they do such good work and are the very best at their jobs. Jose R - the nicest most welcome person in the exclusive lounge. Everyday was a pleasure seeing him. He always had a smile on his face and remember my wife’s and I order daily. Thank you for the wonderful service Jose R. You’re the best ever! Jhoan C - we loved seeing Jhoan daily at the pool. Great service from him. Very nice, and attentive. Always a pleasure seeing him daily. Amelio - what a great guy. Always dancing, cracking jokes and telling me how strong I was. Remember orders and always willing to go the extra mile.
