Great service
Excellent service from all the staff and specially from mr Orlando at Masi restaurant, very kind helpfull and attention to every detail! Food at restaurant very good and great variety of national and international dishes ……..dim sum, national frituras, egg station.

Great hotel. Dayanis was excellent, great attitude and disposition. A smile anytime she served you. I’ll be back and encourage anyone to come here. The ser vice at the hotel great but especially at the pool area. Great place. Excellent. Will be back.

I return to the JW Marriott regularly due to Luciana and her team making me feel like a valued Marriott member. Also the pool has great views and the service from Amelio is 5 stars. They both make me feel like a welcome family member. I am planning several trips to Panama and the JW Marriott will be my first choice to stay.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
Nataniel (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the best server ever!!!! His customer service was excellent he was very attentive and even remembered our drink order. The hotel itself was beautiful I wished I took more pics of just the hotel. I am definitely going to be back I loved it there

A great hotel to use as a base in Panama…
I stayed here for 6 days as I was attending a conference. A lovely hotel with all the amenities you need. 4 swimming pool with great views out into the ocean. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. My housekeeper was Martha, she done a fantastic job and was so happy in her work. In the restaurant Nataniel was great and looked after me so well each morning. I would definitely recommend using this hotel as a base whilst in Panama.
