Consistently named one of the top hotels in Central America since its opening in 2011, Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama is an unmistakable part of Panama City’s waterfront. There’s a better way to enjoy its unique curved architecture than from the outside, however: Book a 17th floor Suite on the Curve, and scope a fishbowl view of the city and ocean from floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. Décor in the hotel is bright and fun, with a decidedly Latin American flair, and its location just off Corredor Sur makes it convenient to anywhere in Panama City.

The four pools & Azul Pool Bar and Grill Restaurant were beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing. Elisha treated us with a personal touch at every visit. Elisha and her staff even provided a celebration for my daughter's birthday. She also offered recommendations for activities and dining.

She is very attentive and friendly and works hard to make sure her customers are happy. She clearly actually cares! No matter how busy it got at times she never ceased to check that I was ok. I needed a menu and all they had was Spanish so she went out of her way to get me an English menu instead of me struggling.

Good hotel in PCity. Great staff and very attentive. The breakfast buffet at either the executive lounge or restaurant are plentiful. The hotel is in the middle of a busy area so traffic and noise are a factor to deal with. The pools are very nice. But the sun only hits them between the hours of 9am and 12pm and then again between 2-3pm due to the surrounding buildings blocking it. Folks talk about the elevators. Yes, they are a bit confusing and may take a little bit to get to your floor. But the elevators will come. The corner suites are spacious and comfortable. But again depending on your balcony views you will have other tall buildings to look at and if you look enough to the left you will catch the ocean. One thing is there are no beaches in and around PCity despite being next to the ocean. Kinda of a bummer but they do have beaches about an 1 hour to 2 hours away. Beds were comfortable and room service was good and frequent. There are drinks and bottles in the room fridge but dont get near them as they way expensive. Just go to the executive lounge and grab freebies there. Food by the pool was good especially the grilled chicken plate with tostones. A must try. There are a couple pharmacy type places within walking distance as well as a mall with some eateries. Traffic is crazy during the mornings and rush hour. Be prepared for some white knuckle driving. Overall, the people of Panama are nice and the country is pleasant. You will need to speak Spanish for most if not all interactions in Panama. Makes sense since it is a latin country. The staff at the hotel speaks some english but only a handful. Enjoy.

The hotel has excellent amenities. However it is the excellent service of the whole JW Marriott team that made this a stand out experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The service team at the pools and in the executive lounge are professional, friendly and very attentive. In particular, Amelio in the pool restaurant area was a joy to see everyday!
