I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Patrick during my stay at the Atlantis Bahamas, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay truly went above and beyond. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations for local attractions, ensuring my room was comfortable, or going out of their way to assist with any requests, Patrick was always ready to help with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Visited the Atlantis for a strategic leadership meeting and stayed over the weekend with my wife to enjoy the resort. Overall had a wonderful experience. The staff, pool, beach, restaurants, casino, golf, and shopping were all right there, so you never had a variety of activities to choose to form each day. This is definitely a resort we will return too!

water rides are great, well thought out and fun to do understand that there is an automatic 15% gratuity added to everything do don't feel pressured to add more if you do not want to. Lots of walking as if a large place. wear good water shoes. You can spend $2-400 a day on food here. All pools close early at 5 no use for hot tub at nite

Travelled with my husband and infant. I loved the beach and we had a relaxing vacation. No need to get into hustle of travelling anywhere else as the resort had a lot of things to do. However i feel certain things could be better like information from staff about the resort, dinning options available. Can be more baby friendly as we had to wait for the common microwave which was only available post 12pm and more hydration stations

The hotel looks fine in the lobby and that's it. Elevators don't close right. Get stuck on some floors. Hallway smells like mold. Rooms really smell mold. Pillows gross. Beds hard. Building might need a structural engineer. Rust all over. Crumbling concrete.
