o The Cove is elegantly situated between Cove and Paradise Beaches creating the feeling of being cast away on a private, white-sand sanctuary. The luxury property was designed by architect Jeffrey Beers to bring high design together with the bluest ocean and mother of pearl hued sand. The result is an open air lobby that rises and sets with the day, an exclusive pool that sits between two private beaches, stunning and sensual rooms and suites, a collection of unparalleled dining and purposeful service delivered with Bahamian warmth.

Just returned from a 4 night stay! Everything was great! From the pool hut personnel to restaurants wait staff. Never had an attitude from any employee everyone was more than happy to help. Shout out to my favorite butlers Trevor and Kardo! Shout out to my pool butler Abricca!! You're the BEST!!! I'd also like to mention my other favorite employees, Jason who is running the operations at the Cove Pool and to Craig who runs the check in area! My several trips to Atlantis would not be the same without all of you there!! Renovations are starting on The Cove!!! Super excited to see them!! I'm guessing they won't be finished til next year because they are doing it by sections! Make sure to eat at Pranza...its amazing. Try the sicillian pizza at Silan...I couldn't believe how good it was!

A terrific getaway - Atlantis is a beautiful resort, with lots to do or nothing to do but relax. Beaches are lovely, pools are beautiful. We stayed at the Cove - had a couple of housekeeping issues - but they were almost all resolved satisfactorily. Very few reasonably priced dining options however; not all are open 7 days/nights. Almost all are very expensive and for us, pretty elaborate - couldn’t find a simple great baked potato and steak/or a great sweet potato and salmon - every day kind of dining doesn’t seem to be a priority. Murray’s Deli is probably the most reasonably priced that we found. But if you don’t mind dropping $250+ for a meal and drinks and food that’s pretty adventurous, then you’ll love the dining options.

Beautiful property. So much to do, both family and adult only spaces. Alot of dining options and all the food is delicious. Beaches and pool are gorgeous and well maintained. Staff is incredible, truly go above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. Food, though, is very expensive, so expect to spend alot to eat. Usually $30 per person per meal average.

I really enjoyed my time at The Cove (and Atlantis overall). The room was really nice, spacious and clean. I enjoyed being able to sit out on by balcony and enjoy the view. People were generally super nice and helpful. I was charged for early check in when I didn't get to check in early, but they took it off when I pointed it out (just be sure to double check your charges each night). My day room and night room attendants were really great and were very nice the couple of times I ran into them.

Updating this review now that my stay is over: - THE HOTEL IS STUCK IN 2004 - YOU CANT EVEN USE THE ADULT POOL - every single lounge chair that is either in the sun, or close to the pool, you are not allowed to sit at - " for rental only". We are hotel guests - why are we being treated like visitors???? This really sealed the deal for me that i will never give this place another dime. - Wanted to charge us $4 for wine glasses to be brought to our room (just the glasses) - no amenity kits - Only one robe - No outdoor seating or outdoor options for breakfast? The place to get breakfast (perch) feels like an airport lounge (not a compliment) i can't get over why i am not eating breakfast outside when i am on a TROPICAL VACATION?????? - Limited to how many towels u can have per day LOL (wait...this is a 5 star hotel?????? You have got to be kidding me) - Towels are gross (ripped, stained) - Tried to get a mimosa - "we only do champagne by the bottle" LOL they are too cheap to open a bottle of champagne for a glass 😂 - everyone generally sounds irritated when you speak with them (no smile, no good morning!, no hope you are enjoying your stay!, no have a nice meal) - Overall zero ambiance - An alarm went off in our room (and woke us up) for 20 min - 30 min wait for breakfast (in aforesaid airport lounge 😂) - Wi-Fi literally only works in ur room - No lunch options - the one place by the beach is LITERALLY carnival food (oh yes, exactly what i want to eat by the beach on my luxury Caribbean vacation!) and the other has a very limited menu. We ended up going to the ocean club for lunch 3 of the 4 days we were there All in all - if you are used to luxury, don't stay here. If you aren't (or have kids i guess), all power to ya, but don't think this is what you would get staying at a true 5-star hotel. Walk over to the Ocean club and you'll get a taste (ambiance, service, decor, food). Realistically, it was probably our fault for choosing to stay here as it's not catered to our demo but they also shouldn't advertise as an adults oriented 5 star resort. Come here if you hate the outdoors, like feeling the soul of an island completely stripped away, and love mediocre airport lounges! ------------------ Original review : After staying at many 5- star resorts across the world, there is a quality you come to expect. I can most definitely assure you, the cove feels much closer to a 3-star resort. To start with - the rooms don't even come with so much as an amenity kit (you would never find that to happen at a 5-star hotel), only 1 robe, the closet light is broken, and we called down to get two glasses of wine and they wanted to charge us $4. JUST FOR THE GLASSES. The point of staying at a 5 star hotel is for the best in class service and attention to detail. Not to mention there is ZERO ambiance here. We were looking for a place to get a drink , and everywhere is blasting bizarre Katy Perry music — like i am on a tropical vacation...not at the Cheesecake Factory? I have not even been here 24 hours and we are already looking to move to the ocean club. This is not the experience we had expected when booking.
