Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

Thankful for my time at this resort, front desk ladies and room service team were very polite and professional. Importantly Thomas in Security was able to help me with any questions I had and helped get me to where I needed to be, definitely deserves recognition for his work ethic!

Had not stayed here since pre Covid and the service remains excellent. The food is literally some of the best in the valley, you could take all your meals here and not set a foot wrong. We had a residential suite in a separate building a bit of a hike from check in as all of these units are individually owned condos. Benefits include more space, a washer dryer and additional privacy. Drawbacks include furniture that was worn and blackout shades with significant gaps that are apparently a design flaw. Virtuoso benefits were on point, well worth booking with an agent. We would stay here again, but feel these issues need to be addressed for this to truly be a 5 star property.

We love mountain shadows resort, this is our usual place in Scottsdale. Service is always above and beyond in the hotel , restaurants, golf and poolside. Haley helped us at the pool and she went above and beyond with great nearby restaurant recommendations.

Haley at the pool is the best! She was so sweet and attentive. When we first arrived (we had reserved a Day Bed) she introduced herself and let us know what was included. She checked on us constantly, but was not intrusive. Mountain Shadows is lucky to have her!

Best exercise classes available! I especially like how they accommodate participants of all levels. The Stretch & Restore, Foam Rolling & all Pilates classes top notch and the strength training & other aerobic classes are a great workout. Only issue is the gym spaces are small so it can feel confining! Expansion is definitely needed!
