Great Resort Pool & Service
We had the pleasure of being served by Sandra poolside at Mountain Shadows, and she was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, she provided top-notch service, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, making sure our drinks were refreshed. Her warm personality and professionalism truly elevated our experience. If you’re visiting Mountain Shadows, you’re in great hands with Sandra. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Sandra was great. Responsive courteous and respectful. Checked on my party numerous times to ensure we were being taken care of. Knowledgeable about specials freebies and menu options. Friendly and sense of humor which was comforting. Me, my friends and family will certainly be back. Very good first experience.

TRX class
Brian was an awesome TRX class leader - I highly recommend the class and Brian. The music was also awesome. Brian was able to adapt the class to the various ages and experiences in the room. If you are staying at Mountain Shadows, I highly recommend this class.

Give Sandra a raise!!! She’s awesome!!!!
Sandra is THE BEST SERVER out by the pool. She is joyful and attentive, kind and delightful. She makes me happy and want to order food and drinks! I know she’s still trying but she could give a master class on connecting with people and meaningfully caring for their needs. I had water and she brought me a glass of ice—I didn’t even ask!!!

Great Foam Rolling class
Took the saturday morning foam rolling class with Brian. He did a great job on all muscle groups. Cody and Katthy are equally great as well. Wonderful class for sore muscles or back. Perfect comlement to stretching. Other classes there are great as well. Take advantage while your there if you can
