Underwhelmed and Overpriced
Overpriced and in need of a reno in central areas of resort. Poor housekeeping. Staff mostly disinterested. Poor signage. Bathroom fan not working. Dirt and dust under sofa bed. Food reasonable. No welcome drink. 3 star resort charging 5 star prices.

This place is top-notch! The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing and the spa is spectacular. You won't be disappointed by choosing this hotel. Everything from the Valet guys to the room amenities, this truly is a gorgeous resort!

It was the perfect place to make you feel special and well taken care of! Everything was perfect and we most importantly loved the rooms and accommodations.

Anniversary stay cation
There was a lot of amenities. However the lack of customer service from the spa when trying to book for 3 days was disappointing. Also the elements food was not that good. For how much you pay. You might as well go to steak44 around the corner.

Excellent from Check in to Check out
Warm welcome on arrival, then excellent management of check in and check out by Aaron and Quinn. Every detail of our stay from excellent pre-planning, to our clean and beautiful suite, to the excellent spa services and staff, to the lovely grounds and views, pools, and every comfort provided. This is a first rate spa experience. Quiet and private. Appreciated parking space near our room.

Just returned from a trip that included a four-night package at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain. The level of service cannot be overestimated. At the pool it took no more than two minutes for someone to bring glasses of ice water with lemon - every chaise was covered with a lounge cover and a fresh towel waiting under an opened umbrella. The quality of the food was exceptional as well. I cannot tell you what a splendid experience this was. Thanks for the opportunity!
