Castille Paris

Although we were a big family with 4 kids, including infants, this hotel located in the middle of local shopping and just near Tuileries Gardens did super good sharing all its resources with us. Personnel was very attentive and we had fun staying there, in a location very good for walking. We tried the restaurant within the hotel, and all enjoyed a lot of- both food and service. Very rich breakfasts too. The only thing is non-spacious rooms for quite some money, but this is quite natural for Paris in general, especially for locations neighboring with top-brands-boutiques!

The location is on a small street but beside it are those very highend brand like Chanel Prada Cartier etc, check in is slow , 2 tiny slow elevator, room is clean but small, so is the toilet, breakfast was excellent , housekeeping not so efficient, i complained about the loose bathtub handle, it was not resolve.

We could not have asked for a better experience! From the front door, the lobby and to the rooms, everything was exceptional. The staff was over the top helpful, kind and always smiling. There is a lobby cat who just adds to the whole atmosphere.

I stayed 1 night in Castille Hôtel during a business trip for Art Basel and it was such dream stay for the many reasons listed below : 1) Ultra central location, just a stone throw from Place Vendôme and la Concorde 2) the Hotel is so cozy with a luxurious and comfortable decoration 3) the High quality of the materials used in the hotel and the rooms 4) an one site restaurant with a breathtaking view on a patio and a super nice Bar 5) The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever tasted 6) the staff is so careful, I felt cherished like at home : a warm thanks to the whole team, from the manager to the receptionist 7) good quality of the bed + pillows and a super clean room Highly recommended !!!

The Castille was a delightful hotel to stay at between its historic charm, luxurious common areas and a fantastic restaurant. The staff was very friendly/helpful and the property was very clean and well kept. The brunch, which was equipped with a fondue fountain, champagne and giant baguettes was one of the most impressive features. Location also has a vote.. The Castille’s location on Rue Cambon is tough to beat with an easy walk to Place de la Concorde, River Seine and the Louvre Museum. Only minor downsides included the room being pretty tight. Not a huge deal if you’re traveling alone, but it would be a squeeze with a significant other and/or young kids. Also, the rooms seem to run pretty warm (even in FEB) and I was constantly turning the heat down. I imagine it’s probably a roast in July or August if you’re on a high floor. Needless to stay, this place certainly isn’t cheap, but it’s a 5 star property for a reason and you get what you pay for. Highly recommend and I 100% would stay here again. Merci 😊
