The legend lives on!
After our retirements my wife and have been traveling a lot more. An increasingly important part of our travels is focused on finding destination hotels that are themselves a big part of the travel experience. The Grand Hotel Du Palais Royal certainly lives up to its well deserved reputation. A sudden illness left us spending more time in the room than usual - and what pleasure it was. Hugo and his staff were amazing - even bringing my wife hot herbal tea as a restorative, how nice! the hotel, staff, bar and restaurant, and room were exactly what we were looking for..Bravo Ciao Russ and Vicki .

Superb hotel in fabulous location
Beautiful hotel in a great location next to the Royal Palace and close to the Louvre, but still very quiet and secluded. We booked an executive room for 4 nights which was large with all amenities needed and a lovely view overlooking the Place de Valois. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with a great choice of products. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall an exceptional experience, we would love to return. Highly recommend.

A wonderful mid-week stay in a fabulous,chic boutique but friendly hotel in a perfect location
A fabulous hotel in a fantastic location - all the staff were warm, friendly and extremely professional and helpful. They organised taxis, restaurants and even an upgrade to a suite when they discovered it was our 50th birthday. It is in a perfect spot for sightseeing but equally tranquil and home from home. Breakfasts were top quality as was our room. A perfect stay in a perfect hotel.

Great for a “Girls Trip”
An absolute gem tucked away next to Palais Royale. Warm, generous service; impeccably clean and well appointed rooms with luxe bath amenities; ratio of price to value is 1:1. I would not say there is a “hang-out” vibe or trendy scene inside, but all for the better! Its casual F&B outlet, Café 52, is likely a popular café stop mid-day during warmer months! Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect.
From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was treated like royalty. I was offered champagne when I arrived at check in. My luggage was taken up to my room immediately after checking in. I was walked up to my room by the staff and was shown around. Everyone was super professional and friendly. Whatever I needed, I was able to get someone to help right away. The room was spacious, super clean and relaxing. I didn't come to Paris to stay in the room all day, but sometimes I wish I could've. I just wanted to lay in the bathtub all day and eat chocolates. I can't wait to come back here.
