Hilton Paris Opera

From the moment we arrived to our departure we could not fault the hotel or its staff! We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The room windows were looking onto the inner courtyard of the hotel. If you are looking for a view this room wouldn’t be for you. However, the room and facilities more than made up for the lack of view. It was also quiet as we were away from the street noise. The executive room was big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful rain shower and heated floor! The room was very clean. There was also a coffee machine with supplies. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection of foods. The staff were excellent and used dishes were cleared promptly. We also had access to the Executive lounge. Staff in this area were great. The location is excellent. We walked to many of the attractions. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would be happy to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to all the team for giving us a very special stay in Paris!

Hello. This hotel were absolutely shocking. We arrived in Paris, late in the evening, only to discover our room was not equipped with twin beds. We were then told there were no twin rooms. We were then informed that we would have to pay the full stay amount. I had to explain this was booked with Booking.com and that we do not need to pay all of this. We had to then pay £268 for the room for one night. We did not stay as this would have led to us having to then pack and move hotels for another one and we were only there for 3 days. I was completely shocked at the terrible reception, staff who didn’t understand the terms & conditions of Booking.com and the fact that we were treated so appallingly. I have used booking.com for years, and I’m really fed up with this experience. As a result I’m out of pocket for a night at £268. We were able to see our room - tiny, hot, no water in fridge, really quite awful for a supposedly good hotel chain.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. We booked family suite and it was spacious luxurious and comfortable. We have been to this hotel before and will return. Good breakfast with large choice of French but also international delicacies.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with recommendations and tips. They helped us to get a reservation in a booked restauraunt. If you’re looking for a place that’s both convenient and offers great service, this is the one. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is elegant and the location is great.Of course with amanizg lobby. Receptionist very good mr.leo assist to me very good. Room is okay. Breakfast was very good stuff in buffet good quality but not enough choose. All meat thing with bacon. Breakfast staff was good,especially mrs.pivadee all time assist to me with her smile. She was very friendly and helpful at all times. In the midnight no choose to eat was not good. Room service not work at night. Hotel was very clean. Thanks for your hospitality my stay was wonderful.
