Hotel Balzac Paris is in the heart of the City of Light. Parisian-chic design, a vibrant color palette and soft lighting drape this property—part of the LVX collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts—in warm elegance, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Built for the director of the Paris Opera in 1853, this deluxe townhouse-style boutique hums with the French art de vivre, serving as a plush sanctuary for rest and relaxation and a central headquarters for your Parisian holiday. Honoré de Balzac, the prolific and influential writer for whom the hotel is named, once made his home on the site, and collections of antique books and lithographs depicting the author and scenes from his work adorn the property. 13 suites and 57 rooms marry opulent details like oak-floored entrances and marble bathrooms to state-of-the-art technology, including LCD televisions, cable and internet access. Romantic skyline views of the exquisite Eiffel Tower from the third floor up are available by special request.

we had a good stay, bathroom was not very modern, there were no bottles of water, not every day new coffee cups and milk, the big bottle of body cream was cloaked, the toilet seat was loose and came off the toilet, the door hooks for the bath robes fell of the door....

We found our favorite hotel in Paris! Hotel Balzac exceeded all our expectations, with a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and attention to detail. The rooms are absolutely stunning, and every corner feels thoughtfully curated. Huge thanks to Jihad, Rachel, and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. Their warmth and kindness truly set this place apart. We can’t wait to return and experience this wonderful hotel again!

Balzac Hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve evet stayed all around the world. First, the place is amazing. You are in the heart of Champs Elysees and so close to Triumph Arc, however the street where hotel is super quiet and calm. All the employees are super helpful and kind, we especially need to underline the manager of the front desk, Jihad is one of the best in this business by far. His warm welcome, nice conversations during our stay and his concierge skills are amazing. The lobby always smells wonderful, and it’s super clean. The restaurant in the lobby area where you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner has a small but cozy vibe. The food is delicious, but sometimes the service time might be long due to how crowded the restaurant is. Evertything in the room was great. From bed to pillows, items they use in the bathroom everything was top notch. The only feedback we have is, sometimes the room service forgot to replace fresh water or clean glasses. However they made it up right away when we called. We definitely recommend this hotel to the people who loves to be in the center of action in Paris, and have a stylish five star hotel experience.
