Hotel Bel-Ami

Great rooms, wonderful location. Staff was overall great but quite inconsistent. They should have stuff to make tea in the room

We stayed at Hotel Bel Ami upon the recommendation of our travel agent. It did not disappoint. The location was excellent as we could walk to just about every site we wanted to visit. Very easy to navigate. The food, service, location, amenities were superb. Highly recommend.

My adult daughter and I stayed here on a last minute trip to Paris. We booked through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. The location is ideal, quiet street in a busy area, near a metro, walkable to most everything. The breakfast was typical European breakfast but the quality was excellent. The eggs tasted farm fresh, fresh juices, etc. Rooms are super clean, good sheets, good towels, but what set this hotel apart was the staff. They were very nice and approachable, not snooty. There is a concierge desk in the small lobby where they are always at the ready to answer questions. When our dinner plans fell through one night, i casually asked if they knew a good place we could walk to with good food. He excitedly found us the perfect, non touristy spot. He called and made sure they had a table waiting for us on a busy night. I will stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

This was our second year spending Christmas at Hotel Bel Ami. We love it. It is perfectly located in the St. Germain neighborhood. It's easily walkable to so much in Paris. It feels like home, but luxurious. The towels in the hotel room where so nice, I bought some from the same vendor for our home. The bartender chats with us and the breakfast is delicious. We hope we spend next Christmas at Hotel Bel Ami!
