Hotel Bel-Ami

What a lovely stay at Hotel Bel Ami. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Saint Germain de Pres. Boutique feel with a beautiful, artsy decor lobby. I stayed in the Suite, which was super spacious and room. Bed was comfortable, great pillows and a fantastic bathroom/shower/bathtub. Breakfasts were so delicious and fresh. Had a great little workout in the gym area. Sauna was out of order but hope to use it on my next stay. Highlight of staying at the Bel Ami is the team. Amazing and flawless check in, great staff at breakfasts, concierge...literally everyone was so kind, always smiling A huge thanks to Etienne (manager) who really went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Hotel Bel Ami. We celebrated a milestone anniversary on our trip to Paris, and the staff were so warm and welcoming, making the visit that more special. The location is perfect, as it is in the heart of Arr. 6/Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and within easy walking distance of the Louve, Jardin du Luxembourg, Musée d'Orsay, not to mention countless boutiques, cafes and brasseries. The hotel is tucked away on a side street so there was no bothersome noise. The breakfast was also delicious, with a full range of offerings including eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries that were all very, very good. Our room was very nice, extremely clean and comfortable, including the bed, with a nice sized bathroom. And again, I cannot stress how nice and helpful the staff was. This was a 5-star experience at a beautiful hotel that is perfectly located. Going into our trip, my expectation was that the next time we come to Paris we will stay in a different part of the City, but after our experience at Hotel Bel Ami, I am certain we will stay here again.

Location ideal, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet satisfying and bar/lounge created the best artisanal cocktails. Room was modest ( due to high occupancy no upgrades available.) but well appointed. Met all my needs and I hope to return sooner rather than later!

My wife, toddler and I booked our 4 night stay in a Deluxe room via Amex platinum hotel collection. This was our first time in Paris and we couldn't be happier with our stay there. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly hospitable the moment we got out of our Uber. They helped us with unloading our bags and facilitated an early check-in since our room happened to be available. Onto the rooms... Our toddler was pretty wiped out from a red-eye flight and was so happy to see all the cute and thoughtful touches that housekeeping prepared for her. They set out a stuffed animal dog, balloon, apple juice, snacks and some activity books waiting for our toddler in the room. It was exactly what my wife and I needed to keep our toddler occupied as we unpacked our bags. The Deluxe Room was modern, clean and incredibly spacious for a pack and play that we brought with us. We loved the breakfast buffet that was included in our AMEX booking. It was a good spread of French pastries, yogurts and usual hot breakfast items. Finally, the location is perfect for walking to nearby tourist sites and for cafes and bistros. We had dinner twice at Les Deux Magot since it was so close by and such a hit for our toddler. We are looking forward to staying at Hotel Bel Ami again hopefully next year.

Hotel Bel Ami delivers old school quality in a tasteful, contemporary style and setting. I would not change one aspect or one minute of our four night stay. At every opportunity this staff excels at service. Amber at reception expertly accommodated room changes to meet the specific needs of our parties. Attentive and respectful Vikash made certain our concerns were his, as well. His daily recommendations for dining or experiences throughout Paris .were tailored to our tastes and interests, delivered with expertise and were spot on in choice and accuracy. Raphel in the bar provided the knowledge of a sommelier as we chose our wines. He remembered our earlier selections when we returned to his bar every evening before dinner. Throughout our stay, we were greeted by name throughout the hotel. From breakfast served to perfection until bedtime chocolates beside our pillows, the food was Parisian five star quality. The hotel furnishings were bright and elegant, comfortable and immaculate. Because of the care and respect we were shown, we wanted Luna now in training and other staff to meet our young family living in Paris. Within four days we had become extended family. In my fifty plus years of traveling to lovely places, I cannot remember a finer hotel or a more exceptional staff. I will always recommend this hotel and return myself at every opportunity.
