The check in process was very smooth and they gave us a nice tour. We enjoyed the complimentary wine in the room and the view was lovely. It was very clean in the room with good amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful and responsive to our requests. Checkout was very smooth and they allowed us to have a late checkout even though there was a miscommunication on our part. Damin was a very good help with our luggage. He helped us call a taxi very quickly even when it was a bit chaotic. Highly recommend! Thank you to the team!

With no set plans, he went above and beyond to arrange seats at Crazy Horse and a fantastic dinner at Mondaine de Paris. His kindness and dedication turned our stay into a cherished memory. The hotel was beautiful, tidy, clean, and had a great location. The room was beautiful and had a beautiful view. It was clean and gave a feeling of comfort and spaciousness. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, especially the young man.

Oh my GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend proposed to me while we were staying at the Hotel Bowmann this past Valentines Day 2025 weekend (14-17 February 2025)!!!!!!!!!!!!! The weekend was so PERFECT, it was the most beautiful moment of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!! The itinerary for our entire weekend was arranged by the Concierge of the Hotel Bowmann (Gerald, who is now our life long BEST FRIEND)!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gerald arranged the MOST ROMANTIC Valentines Day Weekend itinerary in the history of Valentine’s Day!!!!!!!! I still can't believe it, WE'RE ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was truly unbelievable, the weekend was remarkable in every way from start to finish. Gerald made all of our reservations for the entire weekend, literally EVERY single minute of the weekend kept getting better and better, I was in ecstasy the entire time, every single moment was orchestrated flawlessly all thanks to Gerald the Hotel Bowmann Concierge. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! We had skip the line tickets for all of the most iconic monuments and museums in Paris, and we sat at the best tables while we dined in Michelin restaurants, but then on top of that, it was all the little details. For example, Gerald even made reservations at all of the fancy stores so we could go on the most well-orchestrated VIP shopping sprees that a girl could possibly dream of, Dior, Tiffany, Santa Maria Novella… Everywhere we went, I felt like a movie star, they were expecting us everywhere right when we walked in, they treated us like royalty, they knew who we were as soon as we walked into all the shops and restaurants. It was INCREDIBLE, and it was all thanks to Gerald, he has connections all over Paris!!!!!!!!! I work in the hotel industry myself, and I have a true appreciation for the “Golden Keys” that Gerald wears on his lapel (Les Clefs d’Or in French), but Gerald really TRULY takes his level of customer service to a whole new level. I really hope that the judges who make the decision for the annual Les Clefs d’Or Award will take notice of Gerald the Concierge at the Hotel Bowmann. He went way way WAAAAYYYYYY above and beyond the call of duty to help my boyfriend plan the PERFECT surprise wedding proposal weekend (my boyfriend later told me that Gerald exchanged emails with him on a NEAR DAILY BASIS for 3-months straight leading up to our trip because they both wanted to make it the BEST VALENTINE’S DAY WEEKEND EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still in heaven, my head is still spinning, Gerald is the BEST CONCIERGE IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the owner of the Hotel Bowmann is reading this review, please please pleeeeeeeeeeeease give Gerald a GIGANTIC raise, AND by some chance if the International Executive Committee of Les Clefs d’Or is reading this review, TRUST ME, il faut absolument remettre le prix Les Clefs d’Or annuel 2025 à Gérald!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hotel Bowmann is a superb hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We had a wonderful stay - great location for visiting the main sights and shopping. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was particularly helpful - organising restaurant bookings and taxis with ease. We will definitely return to the hotel, hopefully soon.
